New video card + new power supply = computer turning off after boot. Help?

My computer was running fine, but we decided we wanted an upgrade. Had an old Ic7-G ABIT motherboard, and got a radeon 4650, as well as a new power supply, cool master 600 watts (I think).

After all was said and done, we pushed the on button, and the computer turned on, but turned itself off half-a-second later. The mother board [I]is [/I]recieving power, but the computer just won't stay on. It doesn't even make it to the BIOS boot. We checked the switch, tried removing fans, even even tried plugging it into the wall instead of the circuit breaker. Nothing.

Any ideas, Dr. Facepunch?

problem solved. wrong cables. the PSU included two sets.
