Transfering internet spread sheet to Excel spread sheet?

I have this:

And my dad wants me to put the top load of Realtors of 12,000 into a list, so we can have a list of names for calling.... when we already have the site RIGHT THERE.

Is there any work around to get it all pasted onto an Excel sheet? To make it easier? Because this is REALLY fucking boring.

I'd paste it to Word instead of Excel. You can't paste it to Excel, unfortunately. Word will keep the table formatting and all.

Which version of excel do you have? I've only got 2007 here in front of me, but in that, if you go to the data tab, then click 'From Web' it'll pop up with a new window which allows you to browse the net - browse to that table you've got, then click the yellow arrow next to the table (hopefully excel recognises it) and click import. Then follow the prompts.
