Again, that is the fault of Sony for neglecting to learn from the PSN hack. They had several years to learn their lesson and as we've learned they did nothing. North Korea or not, someone was going to get in. If their shares did tank it would of been entirely their fault however ever since this happened they've only lost 6% of their overall value.
And you know for _CERTAINTY WITHOUT A SINGLE DOUBT_ that the attacks were related(it wasn't)
Couldn't the hack itself be considered an act of war?
for it to be an act of war, it'd have to be either cyberwarfare or cyberterrorism
it's not warfare as it doesn't directly affect national security interests, it's not terrorism because there was no political violence for political interests
also what are we supposed to do? cut off diplomatic relations? oh wait
maybe north korea realized they're never going to be able to have the tech to be a modern army so they're training to become a cyberarmy
Or just pay a lot of money.
Remember the time China stole the F-35
In other news, the exact date of China's fall as an economic superpower has been identified.
So what are we going to do about it?
Rickroll Supreme Leader
Could somebody use the same methods they used to get into Sony's systems to get in and grab the movie?
Could somebody use the same methods they used to get into Sony's systems to get in and grab the movie?
Those methods are likely patched by now. If not, that would be really bad on Sony's part.
We are already at war with North Korea, we're just in a ceasefire.
Technically yes, but after like 60 years "peace" it's safe to say they aren't at really at war anymore.
Goddammit, Korea...
