Yeah withdrawal might be uncomfortable and irritating but at least it doesn't eat your fucking flesh or kill you like this shit.
Except sometimes withdrawal does kill you.
Yes but death from opiate withdrawal is pretty uncommon well apart from methadone when used in high doses over a long period of time.
Alcohol ruins more lives than heroin or meth does
You say that nevermind the fact that alcohol is cheaper (unless quality), legal and easy to get? Dont blow that shit, you know it isnt comparable on this scale. Just imagine what would be if heroin was 2$ a gram and as legal as alcohol? Lets not begin on the amount of possible overdoses. [editline]28th September 2013[/editline]
It's hypocritical for someone to say that it's a weakness to use drugs to cope with a difficult life but "alcohol is most I can take".
It doesnt take a lot of alcohol to remove stress. Being addicted to alcohol is harder. Alcohol is great with good friends and especially with my beloved. Its more than enough for everyone.

The Krokodil Weightloss Program.
;42335879']there would be less overdoses because people would know exactly what they would be getting, the main reason people od on heroin is because of fluctuating purity in the product that they consume
If consuming on a regular basis and picking up the addiction, with a drug such as heroin the need for the dose rises in addition with the size of dose, sooner or later you will want and, most likely, get and consume a dose so large your body will BSOD.
Go eat a rat's ass, If you destroy your body because you were so incredibly moronic as to squander the only chance you will ever get at making an impact in the universe, you can go failed and forgotten back down in the soil that spawned us.
lol we are so inconsequentially small that any "impact" we make on the universe would be like an ant pushing a pebble in a forest the size of jupiter.
God damnit Heisenberg.

Don't you think you sound a little hypocritical saying that you can drink a deadly poison to get high, but they can't inject one? Don't beat around the bush by saying getting drunk, you are getting high just like any addict, who I am sure also say that what they use is enough for anyone. Alcohol kills more people than any illicit drug, and is much more addictive than something like marijuana or even ecstasy. I dare you to sit in a hospital room with a 30 year drinker going through the DTs and say that anything else is better. It's just legal that is pretty much the only difference between heroin and alcohol. It is a horrible drug that destroys lives except it's totally legal. That last line about how alcohol is great with friends, I'm sure every drug addict ever said the same thing about their drug of choice.
It doesnt take a lot of alcohol to remove stress. Being addicted to alcohol is harder. Alcohol is great with good friends and especially with my beloved. Its more than enough for everyone.
dude so is heroin.
my mother was an alcoholic it truly can be a terrible drug

Think of the ensuing chaos of alcohol poisoning, alcoholics, and violence!"
dude so is heroin.
last time i heard heroin is easy to pick up
And marijuana is enough for most people to relax and is much, much healthier than alcohol. To put an end to this sort-of-offtopic, I won't change my stance on drugs. If you want to use it - fine by me, it's your call, just don't urge me to.
If consuming on a regular basis and picking up the addiction, with a drug such as heroin the need for the dose rises in addition with the size of dose, sooner or later you will want and, most likely, get and consume a dose so large your body will BSOD.
No you just increase your dose as your tolerance rises and pretty soon you just end up taking a dose so you don't feel bad from not having opiates and it doesn't really feel that good anymore, you don't fiend after a huge hit for no reason because you know that will kill you.
I'm against any smoking, but whatever works for you.
My point was that it is illegal, and you're only OK with alcohol because it is legal. From a health standpoint alcohol is worse than many illegal drugs.
I don't get it. The entirety of facepunch wants to end the war on drugs and legalize all the drugs. Yet when they see Krokodil they flip the fuck out. Mmm yeah facepunch, shower me in your hypocritical boxes. Sooo good.

Exactly. Krokodil is more something caused by the effects of prohibition than something that can resolved by it. If preferable opiates or other enjoyable drugs without the nasty side effects were available in a regulated fashion and for a reasonable price people would be unlikely to go for Krokodil over them.

why arizona :(
You cant get addicted to anything by just trying it the once

Sooo good.
you're not too bright are you Addicts purchase krokodil because they dont have the means to purchase more pure forms of opiates. If drugs were legalized and regulated, they wouldnt have to resort to purchasing botch job drugs made crudely in someones fucking kitchen sink. They could get pharmaceutically pure desomorphine for the same prices without the nasty solvents that cause necrosis. Go ahead, your wanted to open your stupid mouth, now you've got the attention, tell us about all the great things the war on drugs has done [editline]29th September 2013[/editline] I dont know about you guys but I love putting drug cartels in power and inconveniencing and putting drug addicts in jail for victimless crimes
How about legalize pot, and use funds previously used to fight it to fight unrefined opiates?
How about legalize pot, and use funds previously used to fight it to fight unrefined opiates?
why.... why not just legalize opiates...
why.... why not just legalize opiates...
I said unrefined opiates. I have nothing against opiates, just shit that rots your arm off.
I said unrefined opiates. Things like Krokodil only exist because of the war on drugs.
I really hope we'll get to a point where no one whose life gets so desperate that they even think about this stuff. I mean, anyone who uses this probably knows what will happen, I can't imagine what sort of shit they go through to end up using it.
