This is horrendous.
This is horrendous.
Weren't you the guy who supported the Homosexual Propaganda law?
Weren't you the guy who supported the Homosexual Propaganda law?

Ok with the anti-gay law and so on, but this is simply way too much.
Yep.

How is this asshead even able to smile? It's shit like this that makes me lose faith in humanity..
remove Russia
Somebody needs to impersonate one of these gay teens, agree to meet up with these neo-nazis, but come with a group of like 20 people to kick the shit out of these scumbags. I don't usually wish death on anybody but these people are fucking barbaric and need to be put down.
You'd go to prison for hurting Russia's dear protectors of society, and probably be branded gay yourself and tortured
How is this asshead even able to smile? It's shit like this that makes me lose faith in humanity..
The same way people could happily work in death camps during WW2.
All these people saying fuck Russia are basically acting like children. Don't act like this kind of shit is exclusive to them.

You guys sound like this is all exclusive to just Russia. If I'm not mistaken, in the middle east gay muslims were killed because homosexuality is against Shariah law.
"guys it's okay because people do that shit in other places too"
The same way people could happily work in death camps during WW2.
Not exactly, a lot of them became alcoholics or even committed suicide (afterwards).
"guys it's okay because people do that shit in other places too"
Hey, thanks for putting words in my mouth. Saying shit like "remove Russia" or "nuke the whole country" is fucking stupid for multiple reasons.
Not exactly, a lot of them became alcoholics or even committed suicide (afterwards).
Well yeah after Germany lost the war.
Well yeah after Germany lost the war.
I'm pretty sure a lot of them were not eager to do the dirty work in the first place, they would be risking their life or their family's lives if they refused to do what their Furor said. [editline]7th August 2013[/editline]
not really, not to be a cunt, but most people in slavic countries are really jealous of america/western europe and would rather be there than in their own country
How difficult is it to leave Russia in particular? (Not trying to sound like a dick, just curious)
How difficult is it to leave Russia in particular? (Not trying to sound like a dick, just curious)
I think they're free to leave whenever they want, but finding the money to do so and getting citizenship elsewhere is the hard part. If you're a gay Russian you could probably apply for refugee status in Finland or something though.
i hate christianity
So, one form of bigotry justifies another, then?
So, one form of bigotry justifies another, then?
Disliking a religion is not a form of bigotry. (And really technically neither is homosexuality, depends on who you talk to I guess)

A busload of them once stopped off at my local Lidl :v:
A lot of Russians come here for shopping, oddly enough. A busload of them once stopped off at my local Lidl :v:
Really? Is the enconomy so crappy over there that they gotta shop in the US?
Disliking [original quote he referred was "i hate christianity"] a religion is not a form of bigotry. (And really technically neither is homosexuality, depends on who you talk to I guess)

big·ot noun \ˈbi-gət\ : a person who is obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices; especially : one who regards or treats the members of a group (as a racial or ethnic group) with hatred and intolerance
I am pretty sure it is.
Really? Is the enconomy so crappy over there that they gotta shop in the US?
I live in Finland, so for them it's just a bus or train trip. I think it's because they get the VAT off since that seems only to apply to residents. Makes economic sense; it's not that expensive for them to travel here, and they usually buy in bulk. EDIT: Ah, it's becasue they're outside the EU http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_Union_value_added_tax
I am pretty sure it is.
I don't really think religion or social movements are tied to ethnicity. You aren't a bigot if you hate someone for their beliefs or actions. You are a bigot if you hate some for what they are and what they can't change. I hate any and all forms of cheaters (adulterers), I don't think they should be tolerated or left alone in any society because they cause massive damage and harm to people. I'm not a bigot for saying that, because it's sort of true that they are despicable and damaging. He hates Christianity as an institution (you can't be bigoted against an institution either, I think) for causing massive damage and harm to people, and it is true that it does. The word "bigot" doesn't hold weight when you consider that absolutely everything ever is entirely subjective and even the most "evil" or "despicable" people can be justified by just changing the lense of your worldview and that nothing has any objective or intrinsic value in reality.
What a shame. What a rotten way to die. I wish there was something else I could say.

A race, an ethnicity, people sharing a sexual desire, but also a particular class in your school, the postmen, and even the employees of McDonalds. Saying "I hate all employees of McDonalds" or "all postmen" or "The Catholic Church" (even the layman Christians are entitled to saying "I am part of the Catholic Church", as what makes you part of it is baptism, hell, I am technically part of Christian Church, myself) is bigotry. Admittedly, if he would, to increase accuracy, reword it as "I hate the Christian belief, not the people who follow or praise it", it wouldn't be bigotry, but I doubt that was the case. The point of the term "bigot" being negative is that you should never hate people based on nothing but their allegiance or completely passive pertaining to a particular group. To please Godwin a bit, for instance, hating everyone from the Nazi Germany is bigotry. Yeah, it was quite frankly, full of Nazis, but some of them were completely powerless women and children. Even many men didn't agree with the ideology, or wouldn't agree with it if it wasn't for peer pressure and similar things. If you want to judge people, you should never judge them based on anything but what them, specifically and individually, have done, and for which reasons. Otherwise, you will always end up with some people swept under your assumptive hatred who never did anything to deserve it.
I guess that's correct, but he said that he hated Christianity and not Christians, so his statement still isn't very bigoted.
why do people have to hate things i mean cant you just dislike it, hate is what caused things like the holocaust, andnwhat is going on in russia now, but why hate people or something instead of just disliking it
I am totally ok with this. (User was banned for this post ("Shitpost" - Craptasket))
kinda you can get pretty much anything anywhere in the us but in russia (and similar slavic nations), if you want something, you generally have to go to a public market and do a ton of dumb bullshit to gather all the parts of something you want say, you want to build a shed in russia you have to go to the market, and deal with a bunch of assholes to get nails, boards, and tools at separate places but if you are in america, you can just go to home depot, pay your cash, and leave with everything you need
I can't breathe.

Some of you guys have a really weird view on the Russians (the people not the government). Maybe you guys should take a visit over there sometime.
