why do people hate people :( i like people
That's the thing, we like each other so much we hate each other.
fuck russia burn it all down and start over
But that already happened a few times
Some of you guys have a really weird view on the Russians (the people not the government). Maybe you guys should take a visit over there sometime.
Russia is a place where everybody hates eachother and everyone is angry all the time. Unless you're a foreigner seeing relatives.
kinda you can get pretty much anything anywhere in the us but in russia (and similar slavic nations), if you want something, you generally have to go to a public market and do a ton of dumb bullshit to gather all the parts of something you want say, you want to build a shed in russia you have to go to the market, and deal with a bunch of assholes to get nails, boards, and tools at separate places but if you are in america, you can just go to home depot, pay your cash, and leave with everything you need
Grocery shopping must be great I'm going to head to the onion store then take a trip over to the bread store and maybe on the way home hit up the chicken store
I am totally ok with this.
And you're a shitbird.
I am totally ok with this.
It'd be pretty funny if you got beat up and killed by nazis (it wouldn't actually, nobody deserves that)
Russia is a place where everybody hates eachother and everyone is angry all the time. Unless you're a foreigner seeing relatives.
Yay sweeping generalisation.
So, one form of bigotry justifies another, then?
you choose to adhere to a ignorant and bigoted belief system when you're a christian. you don't choose to be gay. or are you one of those people that think hating bigots is bigoted? [editline]8th August 2013[/editline] besides, i said i hate christianity, my own mums a catholic obviously i don't hate christians
What is there to say? Animals, pure and simple.
Animals are far more civilized compared to these bastards...
Really? Is the enconomy so crappy over there that they gotta shop in the US?
You're right, the economy is so crappy here in Canada that I go down to the U.S. for certain things because it costs less. Your post is emitting stupid.
Russia: still a complete shithole unworthy of being called a first world country
I disagree with the whole homosexuality thing as well, but Jesus Christ they're defiantly not a third world country. Just because they do things we don't agree with doesn't make them enter a living style equal to Africa or parts of South America.
I disagree with the whole homosexuality thing as well,
why
I disagree with the whole homosexuality thing as well, but Jesus Christ they're defiantly not a third world country. Why you guys puting all the hate into Russia, not all of them hate gays..
Why you guys puting all the hate into Russia, not all of them hate gays..
No, but it's damn well close; it's one of the few times Putin is following majority Russian opinion.
Why you guys puting all the hate into Russia, not all of them hate gays..
Because generalising Russians is just not the same as, say, generalising Germans. It's okay, evidently. Also, I've found a pic that describes the new ideology Russian government is trying to push: Orthodoxy (or any religion, just don't be an atheist) + worship of a war that took place in last century + nazism. Explosive mix.
why
Pretty sure he meant the laws in Russia
I disagree with the whole homosexuality thing as well, but Jesus Christ they're defiantly not a third world country. Just because they do things we don't agree with doesn't make them enter a living style equal to Africa or parts of South America.
well yeah that's why they're a second world country

[editline]8th August 2013[/editline] besides, i said i hate christianity, my own mums a catholic obviously i don't hate christians
It's not that simple. Just that statement, assuming that all of Christianity is ignorant and bigoted, is a stereotype, and therefore is intolerant in and of itself. You're also assuming that Christianity itself is what makes people ignorant and bigoted, rather than their own preconceived prejudices. People will always be hateful, ignorant and bigoted with or without Christianity, or any religion for that matter. So by saying you hate a belief system because of what its followers believe, you are directly implying that you hate the believers themselves. Your statement was, therefore, bigoted.

In it, homosexuals are abominations, slave-owning is completely fine, wives are to be utterly subservient to their husbands, and capital punishment is handed out like candy. That is a bigoted belief system if I ever saw one. The only thing that makes most Christians less bigoted is that they follow the Bible very loosely. It does mean they're not good Christians according to the Bible, but i'm totally fine with that, as should any sensible person who thinks that e.g. Matthew 5:17-20 can go fuck itself.

The economy in Canada is a hell of a lot different than Russia's. Your post is making you look immature. Btw, Sgt.Doom I think was referring to the United States, not Canada. Sins such as Homosexuality were considered an "abomination" because sins of that magnitude were unforgivable (supposedly). So they killed them instead of forgiving them and letting them be. Henceforth, that's why Jesus' death was so important, you don't need a priest or religious leader to forgive you, no animal sacrifices anymore, and certainly no more killing people for sins like this.
well yeah that's why they're a second world country
You do realize that the terms 'First World', 'Second World', and 'Third World', don't describe levels of economic or political development, right? The First World is made up of countries aligned with the West, and NATO. The Second is countries aligned with (or similar in structure to) the Soviet Union. And the Third are countries not aligned with either side. For obvious reasons the Second World does not really exist anymore, with the only countries that would still fall under this umbrella being North Korea and Cuba. China may be as well, but that would be a bit of a stretch. In the field of international relations, most academics rank countries at certain levels of development, based on HDI, going from 'Least Developed Countries' to 'Highly Developed Countries'. Reason for me saying that is because there is a difference between Asian and Soviet communism.
Second World could more appropriately be described as Communistic, rather than Soviet Alignment? Reason for me saying that is because there is a difference between Asian and Soviet communism.
Well sure, in a general way you could think of it like that, but even Third World countries could conceivably brand themselves as Communist or Capitalist. For example, even though Austria was a capitalist European country, it was neutral during the Cold War and not part of NATO. More specifically, the 'First World' includes countries with a capitalist market economy, and the 'Second World' included countries with a socialist planned economy. However even these terms have been warped over the years, and mostly rendered useless, since by definition the Second World no longer exists outside of one or two small countries. That's why LDC and HDC are used instead.
Who would ever pose for a terrible a photoshoot as that?
A racist nationalist xenophobe, a war fetishist, and a neo-Red/Nazi. That's who.
