I was there when she was dead, and she was underneath the car. She was sort of a friend, but not really. We talked sometimes, I spoke to her in my business class. She was very nice, and very clever. I've been upset ever since it happened, because she didn't deserve it.
The world's unfair, the quicker you learn that the quicker you can learn to live life. Sucks man, my wishes go out to her family.
when the fuck did i EVER say my life was worth more?
so the person wasn't paying attention, therefore it's good they died?
so the person wasn't paying attention, therefore it's good they died?
That's true. It's funny how most of the people in this thread are pointing their fingers to that girl labeling her as crazy and dumb. I live somewhere around that area, and I can tell you that she was the opposite of that. She never ran around the road at green light; she was let off from work early because she was going to school the next day, carrying pieces of cake home to her mother. What happened was that she slipped on ice and fell before the light turned green.
so the person wasn't paying attention, therefore it's good they died?
learn to read i said she didnt deserve sympathy, not that we should throw a fucking party
learn to read i said she didnt deserve sympathy, not that we should throw a fucking party
SO if your mother died the same way... she should have sympathy?
learn to read i said she didnt deserve sympathy, not that we should throw a fucking party
Maybe you should go back to the post above you.
i'm sad for your loss.... advice: never post news concerning yourself personally facepunch has no idea how to behave accordingly. what FP is doing now is attending a funeral to start a laughing quire. too much sport is made out of puns allready. but people should be able to show some restraint when it's directly related to someone among us? show some solidarity. stop being pissants.
when she was hit by a white
Racist.
I did actually feel sorry until I read this:
The driver had a green light at that intersection when the student was hit, authorities said.
And every bit of sympathy vanished. Got nobody to blame but herself.
I did actually feel sorry until I read this: Entirely her own fault.
Does it really matter?
Does it really matter?
There's a difference between getting hit by a car who drove through a red light and getting hit by a car because you ignored a red light.
No, there isn't. How she was killed isn't really the fucking problem here. She was a young girl, with a family and friends, who was killed.
No, there isn't. How she was killed isn't really the fucking problem here. She was a young girl, with a family and friends, who was killed.
Of course it's bad that she got killed, I just find it hard to feel sorry for someone who got themselves killed because they didn't want to wait 30 seconds till the light went green.
She slipped on ice and fell while it was safe, apparently. But I don't see why that should have such a drastic change on your view of the situation.
Of course it's bad that she got killed, I just find it hard to feel sorry for someone who got themselves killed because they didn't want to wait 30 seconds till the light went green.
If you find it hard to feel sorry for an innocent person who was killed because of a mistake, I really, really have to question your morality.
If you find it hard to feel sorry for an innocent person who was killed because of a mistake, I really, really have to question your morality.
A mistake that could've easily been avoided, were it not for her impatience.
A mistake that could've easily been avoided, were it not for her impatience.
I bet you're just Mr. Perfect, aren't you. I bet you'd miss your own mother's funeral if she died from from "doing something stupid".
I bet you're just Mr. Perfect, aren't you. I bet you'd miss your own mother's funeral if she died from from "doing something stupid".
Because my relation to my mom is exactly the same as my relation with someone who wasn't even a friend but an acquaintance, right? I make mistakes, like everyone else. I got 1/10 on a test because I underestimated it, for example. It's mistakes like these however that are a whole different kind.
A mistake that could've easily been avoided, were it not for her impatience.
Then so it is? Does it matter?
Because my relation to my mom is exactly the same as my relation with someone who wasn't even a friend but an acquaintance, right?
So jay-walking is okay as long as you know the person, yes?
So jay-walking is okay as long as you know the person, yes?
The hell are you talking about? I'm just saying that comparing my mom's death to that of an acquaintance, somebody I rarely speak to is just retarded.
shut up! all of you. stop shitting all over this thread. take your broken dignities elsewhere and fuck off.
How about you take your shit spelling elsewhere, fuck off and let us continue this discussion if we feel like it?
How about you take your shit spelling elsewhere, fuck off and let us continue this discussion if we feel like it?
Stop pulling out ideas from out of nowhere. She didn't walk across the road on green light; she walked when it was perfectly safe, and slipped on ice before the light turned green.
She was very nice, and very clever.
But blind
But blind
Or you refuse to take two seconds to read what I said.
I'm sorry you had to go through that. Ignore anyone who says she deserves it, they've probably never lost someone close. I'm here if you need someone to talk to. Just add me on Steam or something.
SO if your mother died the same way... she should have sympathy?
no. when did i ever say that she would deserve sympathy? stop making stupid assumptions
Made me sad :crying:
no. when did i ever say that she would deserve sympathy? stop making stupid assumptions
I never made an assumption, bro gj reading I asked a question you are a pretty fucked individual.
