National mourning will last for a week.
My heart goes out to them. So many prominent people dying at once is so sad and such a waste.
Yeah, because sending a plane carrying an important person flying in the fog is definately a good idea.
This is an obvious set-up

And I bet the pilot was drunk too
Get out.
Waiting for Tu154M to post...
He was an ultra-right wing hardcore catholic.
Which is exactly why I have no sympathy for this man.
I don't know the other people on the plane though, I may feel sorry for them. And their families.
I'm a bit afraid of the political response though.
This is terrible.
This is a tragedy.

This crash just killed 1/4 of polish "sejm", and now they'll have Tusk and icon of his party, Palikot as polish leaders.
good luck
I never liked the guy.
Edit: Nobody liked him. We had freaking websites dedicated to counting down the days left of his presidency.
But today the number of hypocrites will rise.
Andrzej Przewoźnik, Secretary-General of the Council for the Defence of the Memory of Struggle and Suffering
What a sad way to go out, He should of suffered himself to death... Not the aeroplane..
Aw man this sucks.
My condolences goes out to the Polish users here.
too much of a coincidence
Yeah, this is way too fishy.
:frown:
That would NEVER happen.
yeah just like nobody would ever assassinate lincoln
okay well maybe that happened but nobody would ever kill over 6,000,000 jews
oh shit wait.. well nobody would ever run an airplane into a new york building
well maybe that happened just once but nobody would ever kick out hundreds of thousands of africans out of sudan so they have nowhere to go
dear god all these things happened wtf are we gonna do omg
That would NEVER happen.
just because you get a hardon for russians doesn't mean they screw up shit
Because Poland is a terrible country and everyone wants to get the fuck out of there (including me).
I mean, computer parts are THREE TIMES the UK price.
Are you serious? The rest of Europe has the same problem and citing the price of computer parts as a legit reason to move out of a country is retarded.
WTF are you talking about??
Look at the list, that's a pretty big chunk.
This is... terrible. I can't get my hands steady while writing this.
True, I didn't like him, in fact not many people did, but he was still the head of our nation. A president. The representive of every single citizen of Poland. Struck down in one moment, without any warning.
And Kaczynski is only 1/96 of the people who died there. Main candidates for presidental elections for PiS and SLD died there, heroine of 80's communism breakthrough, Anna Walentynowicz, generals of Polish army, they are all dead.
Sure, we can and will handle the situation, but it's still a tragedy for us all.
And all of you dumbfucks who make puns: fuck you.
If it was about your country, you'd cry a river the whole week.

The nation has to carry on, Poland's always had a strong sense of nationalism and i'm counting on it.
This is a horrible tragedy, my father called me this morning to inform me, I could hear him sobbing while telling me what happened. Myself a proud Pole could not help but feel devastated, my heart goes out to all the families of the people on the plane.
The Poland's government will pull through you've got to remember during WW2 when the Nazis occupied Poland, Poland's government went underground and their armies went on to fight on the other fronts of the war. I'm proud that I share a history with the most courageous nation in the world.

Fucking great. This is going to be an indelible shame on Russia. I can't believe it happened.
And I liked Kaczyński, he was the first Polish president in a long time who came to agreement with our president Medvedev.
My condolences to your loss. Russians sympathize with Polish people.
I woke up this morning, when my own mother walked into my room without knocking, woke me up and told me about the plane crash, 5 minutes later my best girlfriend calls me and tells me the same thing, and I'm laughing, I had no idea to be happy or not, until I read the list of people that died in the crash, some people make jokes about 'sejm' that it should be razed to the ground or to burn all the politics in it, I guess their wish come true because 1/4 of them ended dead in a plane crash. What pissed me off, people put '[*]' on every news site, facebook or anything else, it's so fucking annoying, so if you are Polish and live in another country instead of making candles in 5 second on your keyboard, go next to the embassy and lit one of them.
I am surprised there isn't more investigation into the cause of the crash, seems most people are just accepting that it was an error due to fog and the plane caught the top of the trees but as there were so many high up Polish politicians and general residents I would of thought a huge investigation would be carried out into the cause.
Russia have started a whole lot of different serious investigations on that crush.

To be honest I couldn't care less for our government
Why couldn't it have been OUR president? (U.S.)
Should we put the blame on the pilot?
