world keeps turnin'
I'm pretty sure he sang the verses in Afterlife. I don't know, I don't like the band.
Backup vocalists are a dime a dozen.
But he was still a human being.
The shit is up with the young people dying? :(

The verses are about the human perception of death if I remember correctly. The choruses are the views of someone missing life which he doesn't sing.
Well, at least it wasn't someone like Kurt Coba- fuck...
Yeah, it would've been really unfortunate if Cliff Bur- fuck...
Yeah, it would've been really unfortunate if Cliff Bur- fuck...
Dude, don't say that, the next one who goes may be Freddie Merc- fucking hell..
Nothing of value was lost.
This.
Dude, don't say that, the next one who goes may be Freddie Merc- fucking hell..
Yeah, it'd suck losing someone like Buddy Hol- God dammit.
The Rev actually was a terrific drummer. Avenged Sevenfold may not have been one of the best bands, but they still hold a dear place in my heart with Sounding the Seventh Trumpet and City of Evil. A7X is one of the bands that got me started with metal. His style of drumming is one of the few that I imitate when I play as well; it is such a shame that he is gone at such a young age. It makes me wonder what "natural causes" at age 28 are. RIP Rev, you were one of the most important musicians in my life. I just can't fucking wrap my head around this, some people had like Michael Jackson or John Lennon, he is one of the people that I had making music important to me.

Died of natural causes, that is a weird way to go for someone that 28. I feel for the band, and his family from this death.
Does not compute.
Why do you have a hard time thinking like that? I can guarantee that the majority of people who now listen to death, black, progressive, thrash, and doom metal started out with the same few bands; Avenged Sevenfold, KoRn, Atreyu, Slipknot, and Killswitch Engage. It sounds cheesy, but I do have a connection with A7X, they are one of the bands that heavily influenced my musical tastes as of now, I "grew up listening to them."
I know a guy named "The Rev". I came in here thinking it was him. Thank god it wasn't.

I didn't care a whole lot for the band, but he was a good drummer.

Natural death my ass, there isn't anything natural about being found lying facedown in $30,000 worth of cocaine.
Your post just lost all credibility.
Eh. I'm trying my hardest to uphold against bad music without being banned. Cut me some slack? :buddy:
Your post just lost all credibility.
Personally, I thought the anime avatar did it
