Thought it was in Norway at first. The firemen and the firetruck is identical to the Norwegian ones.
Heard this over the radio today. Apparently almost all passerby only bothered to take out their phones and take a picture instead of helping her :v:

Yeah, those are at least the same uniforms, probably same trucks.
