Cops are pigs. I'd lie to those fuckers too.
i hope you're trying to make a bad joke
the court is always right, right?
Yes.
Innocent until proven guilty and they never proved her guilty. Sadly, I do believe she deserves the child abuse/neglect charge.
She's going for lying to a police officer.
So, yes? Because seriously, that is quite possibly, the stupidest thing to goto jail for, when you have murder on your hands.
Why is this case such a big deal. Murders happen all the time, and nobody gives a fuck about 99% of them. I don't get it. We got bigger fish to fry, like George Dubyah.
Why is this case such a big deal. Murders happen all the time, and nobody gives a fuck about 99% of them. I don't get it.
she's white
she's white
and moderately attractive
She should've been guilty of negligent homicide. SHE DRUGGED HER FUCKING KID AND THEN JUST LEAVES TO GO AND GET TRASHED
I think she'd be better off if she was found guilty and was in jail. Think about if she ever wants to get a job, or get married. I mean, anyone in their right mind wouldn't want to marry her, hell, we know she'll never get a job at a daycare.
I think she did it, but there wasn't enough evidence to prove it.
Here lies part of the problem within our country's legal system.
Her life is pretty much fucked anyway. Nobody decent will ever marry her, nobody will trust her or hire her on for a job. You're basically in a huge jail cell.
I hope she gets cancer
she's white
and a girl. Those are like the best indicators that you'll never do anything bad.
:20bux: says she write's a book about how her father molested her and makes dolla billz
You don't understand, she's on nationwide television being portrayed as the murderer of her only child. Her life is already over, no one will hire her, no one will sell her a home, no one will sell her food, everyone that sees her will basically shit on her. She's going to have to live with her parents for the rest of her life because going out in public is a death sentence now.
You cannot deprive anyone of basic essentials like food or shelter.
Here is the thing. Yes she did it, We know she did it but we cant say that. Can you prove that they drugged her " But their was drugs in her-" Yes yes there was but when they tested the skeleton, it was found -. There is nothing to connect the pieces of the puzzle
She also accused her own father and older brother of molesting her (which they almost certainly did not do), this asshole move that will paint them as perverts for the rest of lives. She's a disgusting person.
Here lies part of the problem within our country's legal system.
A legal system based on convicting people using limited, questionable evidence is not a good legal system. Would you really cast your vote to give her the death penalty when there's really a good bit of doubt as to what really happened?
You cannot deprive anyone of basic essentials like food or shelter.
lol where have you been for the past few hundred years
So let me get this right, I just want an opinion on this. If I were to kill someone, or do any crime, and there wasn't strict evidence saying I did it, could I just have my lawyer put emphasis on reasonable doubt, and possibly get away with it?
Her life is pretty much fucked anyway. Nobody decent will ever marry her, nobody will trust her or hire her on for a job. You're basically in a huge jail cell.
Her mom now knows of the alleged "Mistress" her husband had, which could lead to a divorce. In turn, the husband would go back to his suicidal tendencies and end it, leaving Casey ultimately alone. Also Casey's Husband/Boyfriend (Significant other) wasn't even in the court unless he had to be (as a witness). I don't think that relationship is going to last very long.

she's not even a good actor, her dry-crying face is such horse shit.
Cops are pigs. I'd lie to those fuckers too.
PvtCupcakes you're so edgy!!111 xD fuq da system!
Every business in America has the right to refuse you service. Guess what happens when you have no money and everyone thinks you brutally murdered your child.
Like any normal businessperson would refuse money.
This isn't justice.
the court is always right, right?
But you sure are. The court is wrong, but it's based off our peers. Either they think she's totally guilty or innocent. If we can't trust our peers judgement, then justice has failed. But its not. Justice is the eye of the people. You could say the publicity made them not want to be monsters in the eyes of the nation, but they delved for 10 hours, battling themselves whether or not this woman was guilty. There was not enough evidence. They made the decision with what they were given. Justice won this day.
