A rape victim isn't trolling. She's existing and nothing more. Had 2 gay people walked through church grounds without doing anything, nothing would have happened.
That's funny because by your definition anyone who treads hallowed grounds in defiance of the criminals and bigots that occupy them is just asking for it. You are full of shit and you know it.
A rape victim isn't trolling. She's existing and nothing more. Had 2 gay people walked through church grounds without doing anything, nothing would have happened.
Well, if they were drunk as some people claim, they might not have realized it was a church.
Oh, and I can say a rape victim is trolling just as easily as you can say gays are. That whore was dressed like a slut with a thong and a pushup bra. She was ASKING to be raped! [editline]11:56PM[/editline] HOW DARE SOMEONE INCITE MY ANIMAL INSTINCTS OF WHICH I have no responsibility to control.
Just putting this here:
Transgender is a lie. It's as retarded as otherkin. Because it's practically the same thing, just widely accepted.

Oh poor gays, they protest a church with BDSM gear and sex toys in front of everyone including children... They certainly are discriminated against for absolutely no reason at all...

Well, if they were drunk as some people claim, they might not have realized it was a church.
If they were drunk in public, the church had every right to call the police and have them hauled off.
I think it's HILARIOUS that a FURRY REPUBLICAN is telling me of all people I haven't been exposed to the real world.
I think it's HILARIOUS that a FURRY REPUBLICAN is telling me of all people I haven't been exposed to the real world.
Yeah. Furries have no leg to stand on if they want to be intolerant.
I think it's HILARIOUS that a FURRY REPUBLICAN is telling me of all people I haven't been exposed to the real world.
I think it's hilarious that I can piss off people to the point of insanity just by arguing a simple and logical point.
Yeah. Furries have no leg to stand on if they want to be intolerant.
Furry Republican is reason enough to mock someone incessantly. QUEERS ARE ASKING FOR IT but jacking off to animal poon is A-OKAY! GOD gays you're just ASKING FOR IT if you simply STOPPED BEING GAY we wouldn't fuck with you! [editline]11:52PM[/editline] FYI I am a research lawyer. [editline]11:52PM[/editline] I know more about civil rights than you ever will. [editline]11:53PM[/editline] I can also safely say you would be fined for wasting the state's time if you ever said this stupid shit in a courtroom.
What were gay people doing in utah in the first place
Yeah. Furries have no leg to stand on if they want to be intolerant.
I've never made mention of tolerance anywhere.
very suspish
I've never made mention of tolerance anywhere.
You are claiming homosexuals have no right to show affection in a public, state-endorsed location because it may offend. [editline]12:00AM[/editline] That is intolerance.
What were gay people doing in utah in the first place
Going to a concert I suppose
And unconstitutional. [editline]12:01AM[/editline] And unethical. [editline]12:01AM[/editline] And ignorant of basic civil rights. [editline]12:02AM[/editline] And in complete defiance of freedom of expression.
Going to a concert I suppose
But there's only Mormons in Utah.
That's funny because you just ignored these:
Because it's become a circular argument. I said, if homosexuals go on church property, especially something as intolerant as the mormon church, and make a scene, they're going to be viewed as trying to start something. You said, it doesn't matter if they're trying to start something, fuck the system. We're not going to agree. My argument is that they should have gone on their merry way instead of trying to make a point that doesn't even need to be made.
And ignorant of the basic ideas of state endorsement and tax exemption in a secular nation. [editline]12:05AM[/editline]
Because it's become a circular argument. Their money is keeping the church alive. [editline]12:06AM[/editline] And not understanding how tax exemption works in the first place. [editline]12:06AM[/editline] And in defiance of the Separation of Church and State [editline]12:06AM[/editline] As well as the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. [editline]12:07AM[/editline] I can keep going on how many levels of wrong you are on right now. [editline]12:07AM[/editline] And a hypocritical standpoint in regards to gays "trolling" and yet you flagrantly display your own disgusting, unholy sexual fetish for all to see, simply ASKING for a reaction. [editline]12:09AM[/editline] And in ignorance of the mere fact that a state-endorsed, tax-exempt organization is meant to be accountable to the entire public, in the sense that protest is allowed and condoned, that their expenditures are a matter of public record for all to see, and in that they are not (supposed to be) permitted to engage in discriminatory or bigoted acts against a minority group as long as they are benefiting from government support.
But there's only Mormons in Utah.
I have to go to Salt Lake at the end of the summer I'm scared now :tinfoil:
Especially the fact that mere activities alone are brought into question when an organization is granted tax exempt status. Even if they, are not, on a constitutional level doing anything wrong, anything deemed unethical can void their exemptions. [editline]12:13AM[/editline] Activities include barring individuals from entry on a discriminatory basis, detaining individuals or being involved in discriminatory and/or unconstitutional police activities.

For instance, any other tax exempt organization that did not allow a minority group entry would lose their tax exemption on the basis that the only organizations that are supposed to receive such exemption are supposed to be, AT VERY LEAST, non-detrimental to any part of the community. However, making contributions to the entirety of the community despite personal preference is, for the most part, expected in all tax exempt organizations EXCEPT churches, who get to parade around discriminatory policies and fascist ideals, all the while benefiting from the contributions to society that those they persecute make.
I bet you'll be the kind of lawyer who tries to get someone to punch them so you can sue them for millions.
I already said I am a research lawyer, you ninny. My job isn't in the courtroom, it's behind the doors doing the legwork and research to provide precedents in cases mostly in the area of civil and/or local corporate disputes.
Do you think this congress has the testicular fortitude to actually strip any church their tax exempt status. I wish. How do you feel about corporate personhood lankist, give me a quick rant.
Furthermore to say I have a detachment from the outside world is pretty fucking shortsighted. [editline]12:17AM[/editline]
Do you think this congress has the testicular fortitude to actually strip any church their tax exempt status. I wish.
No, given most of them ARE Christian. [editline]12:18AM[/editline] It's like asking a 1940's Congress to pass civil rights bills. The general idea was "Not white? No rights!" until black people got proper representation. Homosexuals will get their time some day, if anyone ever has the balls to run for office as an admitted homosexual. And ISN'T also a republican.
A rape victim isn't trolling. She's existing and nothing more. Had 2 gay people walked through church grounds without doing anything, nothing would have happened. You can beat the church over their head with legal papers and sick the ACLU on them, but what's the point when they could have just did it else where instead of trying to get a reaction?
Whether or not they were trying to get a reaction is 100% irrelevant as long as their tax dollars are making up for the ones the church doesn't pay. It's simple, really. Churches should be allowed to dictate what goes on on their property once they start paying taxes just like any other institution.

Was.
Do you think this congress has the testicular fortitude to actually strip any church their tax exempt status. I wish. How do you feel about corporate personhood lankist, give me a quick rant.
I believe corporate personhood applies not to the organization as a whole but instead any individuals within the corporation that are unfairly disadvantaged, abused or discriminated against for whatever reason. In essence the idea of corporate personhood is unrealistic, given corporations, like everything in the world, are just collections of individuals. It's the rights of the individuals that matter.
Freedom of speech works both ways you know. If gay people have the right to be open about their sexuality, others should have the right to close off their property to it.
