Justin Bieber To Experiment With Dubstep On New Album

I don't see why people would make fun of this.
Only the mainstream stuff, I'm sure there will be plenty of good artists still out there making decent stuff.
but now they'll get trampled with other people stealing their sound. it's the 90's alternative rock scene all over again.
Oh fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck
I like some dubstep but this is gonna be horrible
This thread is a masterclass in why music elitism is a bad thing.
Elitism in general is stupid.
I don't think Justin Bieber even knows what Dubstep is. His record label is probably forcing him to rush out half-assed albums that won't fade into oblivion a week after they come out (why do you think Bieber released a Christmas album? Because he loves the holidays? Nope, I bet they hoped that radio stations would play Bieber's music during the holidays along with the other no-names whose music you only hear during Christmas). I guess with dubstep they want the music to be used in clubs.
I love some dubstep, Like this..
Dubstep fans are the most idiotic fanbase ever found of all evers, dislike their so high-valued "tastes" and they immediately flip the shit out and start spamming you with hatemail.
The youtube comments found on any dubstep video is enought to cause brain cancer.
i like some dubstep but i think most of it, like all genres, is horrific
i'm pretty sure dubstep fans only freak out when you act like a smug cunt and say "HAHA FAGGOT DUBSTEP FANS LISTENING TO THEIR SHITTY LOSER MUSIC GOD I HATE DUBSTEP SO MUCH", if you don't like dubstep nobody will give you shit, it's just when you act like a douche about it that people retaliate
please american musical artists, please stop ruining dubstep by talking out the jamaican dub and british 2-step and replacing it with meat-headed bass and over-zealous compression. please stop stamping on other people's music for financial gain.
justin bieber is canadian
justin bieber is canadian
which is in america
(if you're gonna rate me box please feel free to explain why it is dumb to remind Kopimi that canadians are included in the category of american musical artists)
This kind of reminds me of The Beatles.
If The Beatles were terrible and less innovative.
My opinion > Your opinion
Stop, everyone is entitled to their own.
And they're all equal since they're personal.
Isn't skrillex more hard dance than dubstep?
And I like the nice sprites song. It's just about the only dubstep song [sp]i've heard[/sp] I like. :(
I'm not really into dubstep.
Doesn't really appeal to me.
But since it is quite popular now, of course Justin is going to try to make some.

Skrillex is electro house. Try this song, everyone I've shown it to love it

On topic: I already know exactly how this will sound. Just like any other JB song with a modulated bassline in the background.

isn't that more of a unloading maneuver? there's nothing particularly housy in Skrillex. brostep seems to be a good descriptor.

Brostep is basically electro house.
Come to think of it, everything is electro house nowadays. Seems any electronic music that doesn't have an exact genre is categorised there.
Mariachi > Dubstep

why are you even comparing these
Some people hate dubstep, some people don't. I for example like dubstep but hey, it's a JUSTIN BIEBER album. We're all gonna have to hear it sometime where ever we go cause it's gonna be a ''top hit''.
We are not enemies, for our burdens are shared.

isn't most of popular electronic music routed in electro and house? i mean techno is the other big branch
Pretty much yeah. Almost everything fits under those genres.
These rave assholes are so late here in the US its not even funny
The scene started in Asia, Japan to be specific. DECADES ago. If you're a rave asshole today and you listen do dubstep and all that I feel bad for you man. Unfortunately, lots of people in their late teens/early twenties are so into that today, it's just so aggravating.
Go to college to seek some insight and conversation about philosophy, all I get are the next rave date
Your avatar, name, and post screams weaboo.
Dubstep hate bandwagon pulling in, just as scheduled.
Congratulations, you learned how to boil music down to simplistic and condescending onomatopoeias. I remember when I was 12.
Congratulations, you learned how to take stuff way to seriously and be a total dick about stuff. But I'm sure you can gain all the context and meaning from an onomatopoeia before you go around insulting people.
