haha ok.
Why do you say that? Has he started an illegal and unjustified war that's resulted in the deaths of hundreds of thousands? Has he conducted a massive spying program upon our country's own citizens?
Obama has continued that stuff, in case you didn't notice.
Ok if ron paul or mccain was elected how would they solve the problems any faster than obama?
They wouldn't
at all
in fact they might have made it worse
reagan is basically the reason all of Americas public services are in the shitter, what with his popularization of dumb economic policies based on "trickle-down economics" that have become the central economic platform of the GOP
also totally ignoring the AIDS epidemic also Iran-Contra also the invasion of Grenada
First of all, do you know how many problems Obama has to solve? And they aren't small problems either, they're MASSIVE problems set on by, you guessed it, BUSH. And Clinton? He was arguably the best president in the 1900's (What with the positive deficit or whatever he did)
Key word: arguably. And no - we're still in debt. Obama's using that to his own fucking advantage to give the government more power.
Obama has continued that stuff, in case you didn't notice.
Immediately stopping a war isn't easy/possible

We're still in debt? Yeah, because of Bush. Clinton brought us out of debt (right?) and then Bush SLAMMED us RIGHT BACK DOWN
Right, I'm just kidding because Obama has solved SO many of our nation's problems.

Oh, and Clinton was a really great guy too, always comprimising his own fucking policies.
yeah like that surplus
damn comprimising

Actually, it is. The president has direct executive power over all military maneuvers. If he wanted to, he could send everyone back home within as short as 36 hours. He just doesn't want to piss the right-wingers off... too much.
Ok if ron paul or mccain was elected how would they solve the problems any faster than obama?
Bombing North Korean :3
He would take their nuclear warheads and sell them to Iran for a quick buck, hen invade them reclaiming them warheads. Using the money made selling the warheads, McCain would then use the money to send all the Americans without healthcare to a place called "We have free healthcare land" (Canada) thus eliminating the healthcare problem.
Oh and that 11 trillion dollar debt? Well we owe China, so.. fuck them. We have nukes.
Key word: arguably. And no - we're still in debt. Obama's using that to his own fucking advantage to give the government more power.
It's weird how republicans say this while their party pushes through constitutional violations to take away freedoms for all sorts of shitty reasons while democrats make larger, weaker governments typically.

not to mention that awful wake of "christian" social policy tinkering
It's probably a picture book.
The president has direct executive power over all military maneuvers.
no you are confusing congress with the president
such an easy mistake to make
Inb4 jokes about. Fuck. Hey guys, if you think about it, Clinton wasn't a great president either.
It's weird how republicans say this while their party pushes through constitutional violations to take away freedoms for all sorts of shitty reasons while democrats make larger, weaker governments typically.
typically... but Obama is not typical, at all
the worst president was reagan, it was reagan
"REAGAN" I yell
"REAGAN" i sob to myself as I fall to my knees
reagan
reagan liked jelly beans. he probably even ate the ones no one else liked, like popcorn and licorice. seems like a cool guy
You guys post fast

Except do you have any idea how fucking unfeasible that is? Just because you can doesn't mean you should. An exit strategy should be a fucking strategy, not some dumb thing you thought up called rapid exit. That would be the worst thing at this point. Please fucking think.

Nice snip. Way to cut out the dumbest post in the thread.

no, dumbass, you are confusing the Commander In Chief with a big goatfuck voting body. The president has direct executive control over military operations that you probably don't even know about.

its called a private phone

To be honest I don't really know the negatives of flooding all the army out of Iraq and Afghanistan, what's WRONG with it?
You are all humans!
Right wing loons giving us moderate conservatives bad names ):
"Hurr Obama is a communist terrorist and socialized medicine are bad"
Now everyone thinks us republicans (I'm not exactly for socialized medicine but I'll give it a shot, if it works, then great, if not well it's better than the current system) are all loons who hate anything logical. They also think we are crazy Christian nuts.
:sigh:

Never said it would be a good idea, I'm just saying that Obama is making a big fucking show about the withdrawal strategy as if it is something really dramatic and epic, when, in fact, it would be easy as cake. He just likes to make a big charismatic show in order to mask the extended governmental powers he's actually aiming at establishing.
I will read the book, would be interesting to see his point of view on what he did.
It's probably a picture book.
Bush isn't stupid, he just cannot work in politics.

Article II, Section 2, Clause I of the United States Constitution, the President:
...shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States.
