I remember a few years ago my friends and I were exploring a demolition site and found a piece of asbestos. The logical thing to do was to throw it around to each other and then drop it into the lake. :v:
Yeesh, uh, sorry about your future medical bills buddy.
Also, I thought this was going to be about leaded petrol, but the notion that it's actually due to lead pipes... Lead plumbing, in this day and age, in public schools. The term originated from the Roman word for lead (plumbum, which kinda sounds like what you'd call someone with a fantastic arse, plump and delectable like a plum), but frankly it's appalling that they haven't replaced all that lead piping with non-toxic replacements.
I can imagine why, mostly because of it being really expensive to pay for the labour and the replacing of all that pipe, but in a sane reality money should be no object when it comes to the health of your fellow man. But of course, we live in a horrific nightmare dimension where shit like this actually happens.
