You seem like the type of guy who can't accept an opinion that's not your own and make silly excuses.
Because ME3 was still a fun game at its core.
I found ME3 to be pretty enjoyable, I just wasn't impressed with the end.

Not really, it is just I find it silly to defend Bioware after there string of disappointments/failures in story writing.

I was pointing out more on your views with the Wii U than Bioware.

My comment about payroll was actually about Bioware since he worked for EA at one point of time, since he knows people there.
Oh god, please no.
You're quite adamant that Bioware can still make good games, why is that?
Why are you so adamant they CAN'T make good games anymore? The only BAD game they made recently would be Dragon Age 2, I don't really count TOR because a lot of people including myself still like it a lot, but it was their first time touching MMOs. I didn't expect SWG.

No, I did not work for EA at one point, I worked for Microsoft QA for nearly 3 years play testing many games throughout the wide world of gaming on Microsoft affiliated platforms. And yes, I do indeed know people who work for EA and their developers, mostly people who work for EA's QA divisions. None of which will alter my opinion. Within the 800+ Employees of bioware is some very talented people spread across several divisions of the company. I truly believe that if the best and brightest of Bioware was tasked to make a Star Wars game that it will succeed. Now stop being a jackass based off of this speculation of yours. You don't have to agree with my opinion, but what you're doing now is just dumb.

And quite the accusation you put on him. Just because he worked somewhere previously doesn't mean he's on their 'payroll'. It's like you believe anyone in the gaming business is in some form of payroll that has an opinion that differs yours.
You also seem to forget Bioware comprises different studios which all make different games. Some of which were bad in my opinion like Tortanic and Dragon Age II but Mass Effect 3 was actually fun. It really depends who EA hands this Star Wars IP to.

Ok, thank you for clarifying that, but I do believe that that Bioware over the past 2 years has let go a lot of there best employees.

Maybe I'm just too used to their old games, but everything that they've brought out recently has been very lackluster and dull.
I'm sure I'll get dumb ratings for this, but I honestly can't see Bioware making anymore good games like they used to.
Sure, they MIGHT bring out a new Star Wars game that everyone will love, but I can't see it happening.
Can Criterion make a sequel to Episode I: Racer? I would spend many dollars on that.
Though I don't have high expectations of anything coming from this deal, it will be interesting to see what DICE and Visceral decide to do with the license.

Use of Frostbite 3 engine for all EA Star Wars games.
I... uh... no... oh god. WHY EA?
:suicide: RIP Star Wars

This is our chance for a sequel.

I'm about to be flamed to hell and back.
Kotor hasn't aged well. AT ALL. It's really a bad game if you were to pick it up now and compare it to the Mass Effect series which blows it out of the water (yes yes hate the ending of 3 all you want; But the rest of the game was phenomenal) . Hell compare kotor 1 and 2, 2 is miles ahead and that's with content being cut all over the place and being rushed.
I could see it happening but it depends on what they try to bring us. A star wars reskin of mass effect? I wouldn't really mind; the 2nd and 3rd game were very solid and they don't have to do a massive codex and information dump like the first game was to introduce us to the universe. I could see it working out solidly, no reason not to.

They could revive Development of Imperial Commando.

That's funny.
That's funny.
Why is this funny? Assuming Disney provided EA with all of Lucasart's former assets it's possible.

Yeah, but the thought that there's any chance that EA would do it...

Better that way anyway. They'd bolocks it up.
I really liked the feel of KotOR 1 and if Bioware can do that again, I'd be so goddam thrilled. That was a decade ago, though, so it's a bit of a stretch.
They need to dial the knob back a few notches. Everything nowadays is so bright and flashy and explosive. Go back and play KotOr 1. It's unreal how understated that game is compared to the entire Mass Effect series, even ME1.
The Star Wars EU has always benefitted from a sort of cold, understated feeling IMO. KotOr 1 captured that perfectly and it made the story really immersive and struck a great balance between personal and large-scale. The gameplay not being action-oriented but still giving you the feeling of being a Jedi was the icing on the cake.
If BioWare can do this again (and they definitely CAN, but they'll probably go for a space opera action title) they can make another great Star Wars RPG.

everything's a fucking conspiracy when it comes to publishers you don't like, huh?
"we fucked up with simcity, we're trying to fix the servers"
HMMPH NICE TRY EA MARKETERS, TRYING TO TRICK ME INTO BUYING EVIL MICROTRANSACTIONS >:C!
You know, I'm hoping BioWare is able to pick up 1313. A Star Wars RPG starring Boba Fett? That'd kill if they pull it off right and give it the proper amount of dev time.
Yes, call it blind optimism, but I have that much faith in BioWare.
