Leslie Jones (Ghostbusters actress) leaves Twitter after trolls continue to harass her vigorously

The fact people ran to Leslie Jones' defense basically by patronizing the shit out of her says a lot by itself.
This doesn't really seem apparent when he has been allowed to talk about politics for years and was only finally banned after orchestrating a targeted harassment campaign.
You are allowed to be an alt-right fuckwit on Twitter, you just can't break Twitters rules and expect not to be punished.
Nothing about his post seems un-chill to me. Maybe you should relax broheim.
Milo is a dick but I haven't seen any twitter posts where he incites people to go after her?

Meanwhile Keemstar's playing the flame game and inciting his fanbase to berate, insult and attack other people.

And he's still up because his targets aren't the kind Twitter likes to protect.

Reported the guy. I suggest more people do so.
Someone on reddit compiled all the interactions between Milo and Leslie. I think it speaks for itself.

What a bunch of children. All of them.

Devil's advocate: The idea here is that if you're nasty to socioeconomically disadvantaged groups (as seen by the new left) then you reinforce the structure that makes them socioeconomically disadvantaged, whereas being nasty to straight white cis men, if anything, pulls them down, and is thus, if anything, to be lauded in the interest of socioeconomic equality.
(While as an individualist the idea that it's okay to be a dick to someone if their group has high standing disgusts me, and I disagree with that one-dimensional model of privilege anyway, and I'm not 100% convinced about their methods' effectiveness... it's not like it's internally inconsistent)
Do you think you're the only person reporting him? Keemstar is only going to become a problem in Twitter's eyes if he hurts the feelings of somebody that might make Twitter look bad
Case in point Leslie jones shooting first at milo and also demanding raids upon her trolls, still up
I dunno man, I recall seeing that the dude had posted edited tweets of Leslie's, wouldn't that fall under just being straight up defamation of character or am I wrong here
Also I wouldn't really be surprised if Milo had been stirring shit on Twitter before this either, the guy wears being a 'right wing troll' on his sleeve in a few of his archived tweets
The standards of defemation for celebrities is different compared to a standard person. The same goes for their expectation of privacy and other things.
Essentially by making yourself a public figure you also essentially agree with making yourself into a target somewhat and a person of public interest.
To be completely honest, from what I've seen - his tweets were indirect attacks. Her tweets were direct attacks. As such if anyone deserved a ban, it was her. Of course, I'm the kind of person that thinks if you're a celebrity you should never ever run your own twitter account.
Have something private and small which no one knows is you and have an intern or whatever run your account. Because hate mail is going to pile up.

This is what I came here to say. This ban was just leftist bias and should not have occurred.
twitter has been trying to get away with banning him without repercussions and transparency for quite awhile, I wouldn't be surprised if they leaped at the opportunity

Twitter's looked bad for about three years. Political bias has no place in "how was your day" or "here's a recipe for ____".
Clubhouses are for insecure fuckfaces.
People really need to stop denying cyberbullying being a problem. There's more to cyberbullying than just being sent a mean angry message; its being persistent, insistent, and doing it in ways that even if you block them they don't stop (ergo the family avenue)
There is no cyberbullying, there is only freedom of speech. /s
Now this is interesting:
Jones did indeed tweet this (and I'm sure has been reported over it), so it's not one of the fake tweets that were spread around:
Dillon has indeed been suspended, and currently still is. Archived tweets seem match the situation, as far as currently available.
Well.
Thats pretty fucking definitive.
Twitter having a major bias isn't anything new, but something like this can't be ignored by people that defend it.
Pretty disgusting.
She's back on Twitter talking smack and claiming she's brave, and using the aGG/atheism auto blocker thing
I hate this piece of shit

But is she also stunning?
Of course Twitter has a horrid bias in how they "moderate," look at their team they've got monitoring speech on there. Full of the radical left. They put Anita Sarkeesian on it. That alone should tell you how "fair" Twitter is going to be in its application of its policy.

Jones uses (at least) the GG autoblocker, since I don't think I'm on the other one.
Dillon is back from her ban, with as usual zero transparency of Twitter's part according to her.

I don't agree with you that there is a conspiracy amidst Twitter to silence conservatives but it is nice to find common ground in believing Milo is an idiot who deserved to be banned.
