Get out. I can guarantee you the NDP will NEVER win even a minority government. Canada doesn't want socialism, even if Facepunch wants it.
The NDP are commies in the same way Obama is a socialist.
I'm guessing you're not a conservative so you're going to waste your vote and help get the conservatives back in power on principal?
If they get a majority we can expect:
- American style criminal justice system
- Healthcare cuts and partial privatization of healthcare
- Debates reopened on abortion
- Debates reopened on gay marriage
Welp, there goes my wanting to move to Canada.
Zeke who should I vote for Liberals or NDP?
Although I do agree the Bloc is fucking stupid,
Green party does not meet the minimum standards for debate.
Minorities don't get a voice in your world I see, sounds like a good fair and just government.
Zeke who should I vote for Liberals or NDP?
Yes, ask other people about your beliefs.
Zeke who should I vote for Liberals or NDP?
I much prefer NDP, but you should vote for whoever you think will run your riding the best.

Conservatives won't get a majority, don't worry.
Conservatives won't get a majority, don't worry.
I certainly hope not.
Well if we wanna judge by just poll numbers, the chances of a Conservative majoity are getting slimmer by the day. Iggy's run a pretty damn fine campaign so far and Harper has not looked good at all. The numbers seem to be closing.

vote for the reckless undemocratic coalition that wants to destroy our fragile economy
vote for the reckless undemocratic coalition that wants to destroy our fragile economy
So wait who are you telling us to vote for? Narrow it down maybe?

One quick trip to Wikipedia:
During the Spring 2011 federal election, Ignatieff clearly ruled out the formation of a coalition government with the NDP and Bloc parties. Contrary to the suggestion from the Conservative party that he was planning to form a government with the other opposition parties, Ignatieff issued a statement on March 26, 2011, stating that "the party that wins the most seats on election day will form the government".
It is nothing but a rumour from reactionary conservatives, what else is new
probably shouldn't take someone seriously when they have a BQ avatar and are spewing condensed Tory rhetoric
I keep seeing a Pro-Harper commercial on TV, it shows what iggy and harper want for Canada in two different sides. It explains three varying points for harper and then just repeats "RAISE TAXES!!!" for iggy.
If anything it makes me want to vote for the liberals more, it's fucking moronic. The sad part is it'll probably work on some voters.

People have been brainwashed by current media to hate taxes with an unreasonable passion. There's nothing wrong with taxes in any real sense. When they're not going to the right place, sure, but Canada's taxes are fairly well regulated.

I like the ads that mention how Ignatieff was out of the country for a while
Do the conservatives really think that pandering to the "WELL HE DUN NOT BE ONE OF US" crowd of nine in this country will work

Every conservative ad I hear just makes me realize, these ads all rely on the person being woo-ed by the ads, being borderline retarded

They may as well just write "Ignatieff is a doodoo head" in mspaint and display it on the screen for 15 seconds

Ignatieff's ads are no better.
I like the one ad where he blatantly lies about how his family were poor immigrants to Canada who had to work their way up to try and relate to the working class, while in reality they were the Russian elite with his grandpa being a czar and the Bolshevik Revolution had them fleeing the country.
Theoretically Iggy is a count. Count Iggy.
They came to Canada already millionaires.
Then when he gets called out on it the ad gets pulled.
I am a little jealous though I'd like to have "Count" as a title.

Someone lying about themselves and then pulling the ad when called out isn't better than lying about someone else and then not pulling the ad?
And for the last time I'll support NDP over liberal any day

Guys, make sure you vote pro-internet and become a pro-internet candidate!

It's not that uncommon.
Please let the fucking NDP win.
My life got flipped, turned upside down
And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there
I'll tell you how I became the prime minister of a country called Canada.

there he goes
he has
the election
and now Stockwell Day is involved
jesus christ
I cannot believe what he made take place
So, who caught the debates last night?
Pretty hard to say who won IMO. Layton was on fire all night, he attacked both Liberal and Conservative policies and came out looking like a good alternative to the old parties. Harper was like a brick wall, nothing fazed him which is good because he was on the defensive for most of the night. Iggy was aggressive and seemed very passionate, but didn't really get his message across well. Duceppe just stood in the back attempting to stay standing and looked like he was trying to swallow down something. When he did go on the attack, he stumbled over his words and had policies that would make anyone outside Quebec cringe. He'll probably run away with the French debate though.
Also, Sun Media is reporting that the Conservatives are headed for a majority with a 21 point lead on the Liberals. What a bunch of horseshit.

I'm Sorry but Canada is already social democratic and by 2015 I predict the NDP will surpass the liberals.
