america has some of the dumbest politicians. yep you guys totally need another war. [editline]2nd March 2013[/editline] it'll really help that deficit
Why not 2 wars? Its not like any other country is going to be as stupid and go to war too.
It's gonna be: USA+Israel+NATO and EU(at first)/Iran+China+Russia+NATO AND EU(later after USA is expelled from NATO)
(later after USA is expelled from NATO)
:v:
RON PAUL WAS RIGHT WHY DIDN'T YOU LISTEN? THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING [editline]2nd March 2013[/editline] YOUR CHILDREN WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU
It's gonna be: USA+Israel+NATO and EU(at first)/Iran+China+Russia+NATO AND EU(later after USA is expelled from NATO)
It's funny because you actually think the US would be kicked from NATO and that NATO would actually work with Iran, China and Russia.
Whatever Iran and allies still win
Whatever Iran and allies still win
Except they won't because the US military is easily one of the most advanced in the world, Iran is straight up dead if they go against the US military and Israel, they're toasted. Russia are in the middle of trying to modernise their military but half their equipment is rusty shit from the cold war era, and NATO is more than capable of giving Russia a really, really brutal fight. So that leaves China and all forces involved will be willing to spare some napalm and cluster bombs to take out the Chinese. Your fantasy war is over before it starts pal, and you're a complete mongo if you think the war is even slightly likely, since Russia and China sure as fuck aren't going to fight the vast majoirty of the western world over what some turd burgler in Iran wants to do. TL;DR Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb and some more dum on top, with some shredded dumb on the side.
Except they won't because the US military is easily one of the most overhyped in the world,
Fixed.
Just let the Iran have it's nuke you fucking morons, you gave nukes to a nutjob of a country called Israel which has publicly announced that they will nuke literally everyone should their country be likely to fall one way or another. Iran having to deal with those cunts kind of explains why they want to have nukes, they are for a deterrent.
Jesus christ....why do I live in a country where it seems almost everyone is only looking forward to the next "good" war? You'd think the people in congress would have enough sense to fix the problems at home before starting more problems overseas.
Fixed.
Except for the part where their Air Force is in fact one of the best in the world as well as one of the largest. If you actually think that China, Iran or Russia could actually compete with the US then you're delusional.
It's 3 verus 1 three VS one math
Except for the part where you said:
It's gonna be: USA+Israel+NATO and EU(at first)/Iran+China+Russia+NATO AND EU(later after USA is expelled from NATO)
The US and NATO aren't going to stop working together so it remains 3v3, and with some of the most advanced military technology at their disposal, NATO, the US and Israel will shit all over the hopes and dreams of China, Russia and Iran. Never mind the fact that Russia and China literally couldn't give a single fuck about Iran, they're not gonna go to war with the US and it's allies any time soon unless something drastic happens like a global food shortage or oil shortage, and I mean a collosal shortage since China is more than happy for the US to keep buying all their cheap materials. On top of all that there'es the fact that China basically has a monopoly on Rare Earth metals, which are used in every single piece of advanced technology we own, our TV's, computers, batteries etc are all reliant on Chinese materials just now.
Who even thought putting a Jewish country right smack dab in the middle of a very Islamic Middle East, and giving them control over the holy land was a good idea?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwziS2aE6Ww the good ol' arch enemy of the human race

Cold War. Apache? Cold War. Bradley? Cold War. A-10 Warthog? Cold War. F35? They all broke. Sure, most of their things have been modernized, but they're still old. They have more than 5 times as many troops as the US. Then again, Iran alone has more troops than the US.
I wonder how much Israel is paying them.

Which, by the way, the US has eagerly adopted and modernized the hell out the Abrams' electronic systems. I think it's also relevant to say that the M1A2 upgrade gave abrams the ability to target and shoot down helicopters, so yeah. I think they're a little ahead of the game. The F-22 has also been much more successful than the F-35 and the F-22's role is... air superiority. Which is more important than the F-35 multirole which everything else can do. While we're talking about why the F-35 exists, shall I mention the B-2? Oh yeah, baby. A stealth bomber that can carry 50,000lbs of bombs internally. It can go full nuclear. It's basically invisible to radar. It costs so much that nobody else fields anything close to it. You wanna go navy? Oh right - We operate more carriers than everyone else in the world put together. And they're all fleet sized. Nuclear. With the bases to support them wherever. But all that's besides the point because the US literally has the wealth (Even if it would triple our debt) to quite simply outpace anyone else - We can afford thousands more tanks than anyone else, and we can deploy them wherever the fuck we want (hello 200 foreign military bases, hello navy). We also have more people than Iran and Russia put together. The only thing that stops the US military is public opinion.
There is also the first golden rule, never march on Moscow.
There is also the first golden rule, never march on Moscow.
Why is that exactly?
Why is that exactly?
You disagree with thermonuclear explosions?
Try reading the post he replied to
No but you think thermonuclear explosions are dumb so I'm just wondering why?
No but you think thermonuclear explosions are dumb so I'm just wondering why?
Apparently i'm not the only one, and because you responded with such a nice post to a post detailing... conventional military, ah yes. Something nuclear weapons have no part of. Unless you think anyone really wants to argue who'd be the winner of a nuclear conflict?
Apparently i'm not the only one, and because you responded with such a nice post to a post detailing... conventional military, ah yes. Unless you think anyone really wants to argue who'd be the winner of a nuclear conflict?
I didn't know there was a rule saying it had to be a conventional war. Its quite obvious who would be the winner of a nuclear war, and that is nobody. I think you're just angry because I brought something in that automatically levels the playing field. No doubt if there is WW3 nuclear weapons will be used, and maybe even EMP weapons.
You disagree with thermonuclear explosions?
They would never be used because any country that fires them will instantly bring 10 times as many down on their own head.
They would never be used because any country that fires them will instantly bring 10 times as many down on their own head.
They're the ultimate weapon on war. The idea is that they prevent war, because if war happens billions will die. Who wouldn't use a nuclear weapon to destroy the enemies invasion forces?
Apparently the US, given that we didn't fire off all the nukes last time we had a set piece battle
Nuclear weapons were used in WW2. That was the last huge war.
