Trump was put over the top in the Associated Press delegate count by a small number of the party’s unbound delegates who told the AP on Thursday they will support him at the convention.
It takes 1,237 delegates to win the Republican nomination for president. Trump has reached 1,238.
Prepare for democrat victory in November folks
Prepare for democrat victory in November folks
Way it's going right now, we lose either way.
Prepare for democrat victory in November folks
You sure about that? Hillary has enough skeletons in her closet to call it a graveyard.
Trump may be an idiot who spouts hateful things, but he's no bonafide corrupt politician.
[editline]26th May 2016[/editline]
And right now, there is serious blacklash towards the political system. We're seeing it with Trumps success in his primary and Bernie having such a huge impact in his.
Prepare for democrat victory in November folks
I don't think this is necessarily true if Hillary Clinton is the nominee, especially considering the recent Inspector General report regarding her mishandling of materials during her tenure.
Prepare for democrat victory in November folks
You too are optimistic about sanders getting the nomination? I'm right there with ya
Lets just hope they dont give it to hillary, because then trump gets the white house

And even if he doesn't, and she steals the throne, it doesn't bear thinking about.
Ugh, this is gonna be like the Alien vs Predator movie, isn't it? "Whoever wins, we lose."

Illegal Alien Vs. Super Predator
What would happen if by chance Hillary got impeached after being elected?
Does the VP just take over? Or are the elections repeated?

VP takes over, who would then likely pardon her. Just like Ford did for Nixon.

This is one of the main reasons she wants to win.

But trump is an idiot that spouts hateful things...that alone should raise eyebrows when you consider he will represent America on the world stage
I still would rather have a corrupt politicians like Clinton than a rambling buffoon
Okay America, joke's over, we can stop pretending to like Trump now.
Guys?

Sander's isn't going to get the nomination
You are going to vote Trump in November (if you don't get too stoned and forget at least)
Clinton will win and accomplish some of the things you wanted Bernie to accomplish, or Trump will win and accomplish none of the things you wanted Bernie to accomplish.
Deal with it.
Trump wins.

Yeah but she's at least a politician, I by no means think she's perfect but Trump has a lot more problems than just being a racist. Sadly a lot of it is typical Republican garbage that people will buy into anyway, like the idea that cutting taxes for the rich creates jobs or improves the economy. You also have these wild, vast swathing promises of massive change (Build a wall! Deport every illegal! Ban all Muslims) that have 0 basis in reality and are simply stuff to invigorate the populist rhetoric machine. Really though, if you want to talk corrupt, Hillary, email scandal aside, is "bought out by Wall Street". Trump EMBODIES Wall Street. He's someone who makes a living off purely passive income. People don't like corrupt politicians bought out billionaires interests. Trump REPRESENTS billionaires interests. Hillary has to, at the very least, worry about the policy she was elected on. Even if she can't push most of it through, she has to make efforts try and enact some of her legislation. She's already on shaky grounds so her not being re-elected is a possibility, she's just kind of guaranteed a victory at this point because Trump is hated by every single demographic in this nation except white men.
Seriously, I don't understand the idea of "Well, this person is bought out by billionaires who game the system for their interests, so let's elect a billionaire who doesn't have to game the system at all". Why Cut out the Middle Man when the middle man is going to, at the very least, make some efforts to represent your interests. Yeah it's fucking bullshit and I hate it, I'd rather have someone like Bernie or Elizabeth Warren in office. People act like they can solve the "Establishment" in one presidential election though. It's just like, no, that's not how it works. You know what the Tea Party did? They dismantled the Republican Establishment and built one themselves. They got their own people in office through massive coordinated efforts. So it's not like it's impossible at all. You just have to get people as interested in campaign finance reform and raise consciousness on the issue, and then you get reformists elected within your party. If people gave a shit as much as the Tea Party did, I'm sure it's possible.
Sad that the worst Republican faction is also the only one that as a movement has been largely successful with accomplishing their election goals. This country sucks.

all my toxx where for bern though?
Lol except that sanders still has a chance to win the nomination
He's got a chance, all right.
A chance, in HELL.
Lol except that sanders still has a chance to win the nomination
Actually, In private he knows he has no chance, He is playing this up to rewrite the Democratic Party Document thingy.

This is the most wit i've seen out of this election
Actually, In private he knows he has no chance, He is playing this up to rewrite the Democratic Party Document thingy.
In private he understands that he trails by less than 300 delegates and California alone could push him into the lead
In private he understands that he trails by less than 300 delegates and California alone could push him into the lead
The Margin he has to win California by is so monumentally huge that it's a pipe dream. If it happens, great, but don't count on it.
The Margin he has to win California by is so monumentally huge that it's a pipe dream. If it happens, great, but don't count on it.
The point is the primary is not over and he has a chance at the nomination
This is the most wit i've seen out of this election
I can't tell if this is sarcasm or a compliment.
Damn you internet.
In private he understands that he trails by less than 300 delegates and California alone could push him into the lead
He would have to win California by 100%, at best he pulls ahead by 10 points, that puts Clinton over and she wins the nomination
He would have to win California by 100%, at best he pulls ahead by 10 points, that puts Clinton over and she wins the nomination
Not 100%, only 80%. If the lead is 300, and california is about 500, then bernie would have to take home 401 of the delegates. All these numbers are rough.
Okay America, joke's over, we can stop pretending to like Trump now.

Someone like me, who's tired of congress and the senate acting like rulers instead of servants, living lavishly off our backs, getting driven every where, getting tens of thousands of dollars a year ON TOP of their $200k salary to use as daily expenses, eating $100 meals every day, not giving a shit about the country, just voting opposite of what the guy on the other side of the aisle votes, working an average of 139 days a year, denying us free healthcare while they enjoy them sweet sweet benefits courtesy our dime... It's refreshing to see Trump throwing down with them. Because it's Pissing them the FUCK off. Anything that disrupts their perfect little disconnected ecosystem of fucking us over is fine with me.
Having Trump in office is kind of like us giving a big middle finger to the government, an actual thorn in their side that they FEEL and HAVE to put up with. Like the rest of us have been for years.
I hope that despite having the delegates required, he isn't the nominee so we can REALLY tear this shit up and get it changed. You know they're contemplating it, and if they do it's going to be some fantastic TV

Trump is literally everything you hate about congresspeople though, he embodies it. He hasn't worked a day in his entire life, he lives off passive income of real estate and a company that doesn't even sell a product, just a brand. If you think Congress is going to care if Trump's in office you're sorely mistaken, they'll hardly feel a thing. The only people who are truly going to suffer are the American people. This is some strange unreal fantasy you're playing up that doesn't have any real world impact whatsoever. It just paints a fake picture to how things will actually go. "Just voting opposite of what the guy on the other side of the aisle votes" friend let me tell you about this sweet thing called ideology that shapes how political parties and the people who make them up decide what to vote on.
