That tv show is fake like hell. Its so bad acted and written that they cannot use Skype for the live from California to Florida. They film and edit the computer screeniom.

they have to be energetic because it's entertainment and a gigantic commercial for sears appliances
the one thing I reeeeally don't like about the show is that the property value explosion often causes the family financial crise- increasing taxes, mortgages, utility bills, and repairs because the team works fast at the cost of quality. If the team doesn't finish a part of the house, they won't show anything to do with that portion of the project in the aired episode, and they'll leave incomplete stuff as-is for them to either complete the job or ignore a gaping hole in a nice house.
also to the pre-recorded skype conversation stuff-
A: it's probably cheesy fake because they just want to make skype look good because it's a sponsor.
B: If they did do the conversation live, they'd potentially condense the full conversation a short collection of clips, but make it look like one seamless thing
C: why wouldn't they want to present one nicely filmed take
You know when some sperg makes a stupid, overly-mad comment on facepunch and he gets a ton of boxes?
This is what happens when he meets famous people.
"I just saw the opening two minutes and they had Darth Vader and his Storm Troopers helping build a new house!" one Star Wars fanboy complained to me. "This is disgusting and it's exactly what people were afraid of with Disney buying Star Wars. They are ruining the franchise by using it for trivial bullshit. Please write about this. It's outrageous and it's totally wrong."
This just in people! Star Wars not being ruined (or what's left of it anyway) is apparently more important than homeless people getting a home!
I don't get it. Why is this news?
Do normal people care about what Nikki Finke thinks about Star Wars cosplayers?
Nope, that's why this is on facepunch.
