Don't most car boots contain an easily accessible mechanism to open it so such a thing doesn't happen? Or maybe she was too busy praying to look for it.
It's common for people who get kidnapped/locked in for prolonged time to sympathize with whoever put them there. There's probably some fancy word for it I don't know.
Stockholm Syndrome.
It's common for people who get kidnapped/locked in for prolonged time to sympathize with whoever put them there. There's probably some fancy word for it I don't know.
That's only when the kidnappers are in the same room.
the fuck is a car boot
The British/european/australian/everywhere that's not america word for a trunk.
I don't recall having anyone in my car Spy creepin' around here also in America a boot is something a cop puts on your car to keep it from moving when you don't pay your parking tickets
OK...we use the word boot, you use trunk. Can we move on. Well, probably not, this is facepunch.
She could have died. It's a murder atempt. I'm right
If you don't know what it is, it's pretty obvious you can assume it's the trunk. Where else would any logical person kidnap and place someone? In the engine?
Put them in a blender then store their liquified remains in the fuel tank, duh.
The Thief should change his first name.
Don't most car boots contain an easily accessible mechanism to open it so such a thing doesn't happen? Or maybe she was too busy praying to look for it.
Maybe she was tied up?
Justice Ngema, 35, used his victim's bank cards to fund a Christmas shopping spree and to drink champagne with friends while his victim lay shivering in sub-zero temperatures in the car in Airdrie, Lanarkshire.
What? It's -459 degrees Fahrenheit in Lanarkshire?
What? It's -459 degrees Fahrenheit in Lanarkshire?
hurf durf im funy fuvc u gfeto ut never come BAKCK EVBER AGAIN FUCKUNG TARDASSFUCNGEAD FGU KDFUCIFI
it was boot first then americans fucked up the english language it gets quite cold in the north of the uk.
The British/european/australian/everywhere that's not america word for a trunk.
To be honest I think both of the words are stupid, Just swimwear and shoes.
If there was a god he wouldn't have fucking shove you into that trunk for ten days, you loony.
But the news article doesn't say God did it. It says Justice Ngema did. Just because something bad happens doesn't mean God did it. :downs: Not every Christian is a crazy "THE INVISIBLE ANGELS CARRIED HIM TO SAFETY!!!1 IT'S A MIRACLE OMG" person. Shit happens. People are assholes and they do asshole things to other people. I'd be fucking seething at the person who did that to me too. Doesn't make me any less of a Christian. The woman being as forgiving and patient as she is goes way beyond her being a "loony". She's probably a far stronger person at heart than anybody else reading this.
Faith in God helped her live. ... .... Okay... [editline]11:52AM[/editline]
What? It's -459 degrees Fahrenheit in Lanarkshire?
That's absolute zero you dolt.
also in America a boot is something a cop puts on your car to keep it from moving when you don't pay your parking tickets
We call them wheel clamps in the UK. Oh and last time I checked you could still move with your boots on. So the American name makes no sense.
Americans, car boot means 'trunk', because for unknown reasons you decided to swap the name for a part of an elephant for a part of a car.:jerkbag:
We should give the thief the same treatment, see how he likes it.
i don't hate him at alll i just pity him and hope this sinner will repent for his actions!!!!!!!!!!!!
What? That is why there are criminals on the street. Because people forgive.
What? It's -459 degrees Fahrenheit in Lanarkshire?
Yeah, that's why she couldn't get the trunk open. Pay attention.
Americans, car boot means 'trunk', because for unknown reasons you decided to swap the name for a part of an elephant for a part of a car.:jerkbag:
Probably because footlockers used to be called trunks, and early cars just had them strapped on the back. Like this:
if I suffered nerve damage because some prick decided it would be a good idea to shove me into a trunk for 10 days I wouldn't fucking forgive him worth shit Maybe it's because I'm an atheist and I couldn't give a fuck what happens to that guy. "Maybe if I pray to gawd, he will make all dem siners go away and I wont ever be kidnapped for ten days ever again! Praise jesus" If there was a god he wouldn't have fucking shove you into that trunk for ten days, you loony.
Please don't fuckin start a religious war OH KAY? :Dawkins102: [editline]10:09PM[/editline]
Americans, car boot means 'trunk', because for unknown reasons you decided to swap the name for a part of an elephant for a part of a car.:jerkbag:
And you call your trunk a shoe...
She must be pissed now.
Car boot? Is that like the boot that a car wears? So car boot = tires????? :downs:
Fucking carboots, real men say trunk. FUCKING TRUNK. Now go sip your tea you lady women.
So how did she survive 10 days in a trunk?
You can go quite a long time without eating, drinking, and being at low temperatures. It's not like you die if you don't eat or drink for a day. God damn, people.
You can go quite a long time without eating, drinking, and being at low temperatures. It's not like you die if you don't eat or drink for a day. God damn, people.
Generally, you can't survive more than 3 days without fluids. Food, you could probably last a few weeks.
the fuck is a car boot
:sigh: Ignorant Americans.
