Why do you eat so much for breakfast.
that's nothing dude.
I have noticed I do cry everyday
that's nothing dude.
I dunno man, my nothing is more nothing than your nothing.
Why do you eat so much for breakfast.
You've clearly never seen a full English breakfast. Shit is huge.
Why do you eat so much for breakfast.
Breakfast is supposed to be 25% of your daily calories, so for an adult male it should be 625 calories
Why do you eat so much for breakfast.
PT burns up calories like nothing else. And anyway, it's not that much. About a ladle-full of each. The important thing is, it's carbs and protein, which you really want after a hard workout.
Not eating breakfast is bad for you yo.
I wake up at 11 or 12 AM, if I have breakfast I'm just gonna ruin my appetite for lunch. Fuck waking up earlier, my college classes are at night.
fucking brits thats all i can come up with, you guys were the rulers of the world and now your country is turning into one giant old-persons home with every sensational headline [editline]14th April 2014[/editline]
Breakfast is supposed to be 25% of your daily calories, so for an adult male it should be 625 calories
how many calories are in a nutragrain bar and a bottle of water as i run to class? damn its 1/6th of what im supposed to be getting
I normally wake up in the morning smelling like some rapper. After smelling my revolting stench I grab my fake glasses, leave the house to go to the city. Before I even do that I should of mentioned that most times I brush my teeth with a bottle of Jack Daniels because why the fuck not and normally when I leave for the night I don't come back
Don't forget your queen coaster and kettle, while listening to a speech by the queen
How could I forget!
I don´t have time for breakfast at the moment.

I always crack one out in the morning I do love a good bash me
Weed work and cartoons? What am I doing with my life? I just bought a new computer, I should play some games too.
wake up, feel ill, drink water. stay in bed browsing pointlessly, probably end up feeling tired and fall asleep for a couple hours. do my job search, surprise surprise, no jobs. browse more, go get some dinner at about 6/8pm, take pill, browse more. stay up late wondering what i'm doing with my life, im only 19. feel depressed and anxious and fall asleep at about 5am if im lucky. first time i've complained about it though, at least i'm back with my family, was kicked out before due to my drinking habits
Dodged a bullet there. Almost wasted my life.
I'm pretty damn loyal to my mug i have to admit [t]http://img.fruugo.com/product/7/05/4059057_max.jpg[/t] This mug.
Not eating breakfast is bad for you yo.
Thats definitely not true, you don't need to eat breakfast and for the most part I think the stereotypical breakfast of Cereal and Toast, etc. is perpetrated by companies paying researchers to make their papers infer that so that they are able to market their products. Now besides that, you really don't need to eat breakfast and this is readily supported by a myriad of peer reviewed articles, the most common form, Intermittent fasting (depending on the user) usually skips breakfast. The way it works is by eating in a certain time period or window the body instead chooses to burn fat stored rather than the energy available through foods (and the majority of Americans in most cases eat non-complex carbs for breakfast or other sugary shit that provides energy only for a short duration). Also just the effect of eating less meals throughout the day and eating one big meal to provide all the nutrition you need throughout the day allows your stomach to shrink and your appetite to curb itself further helping maintain a healthy body. The way we live our lives today is not how the human body was designed to exists, our body works to retain as much fat/energy as possible and the abundance of readily available large amounts of food has led to this obesity epidemic we see as well (I'd say lack of control and education is a bigger problem, but this also certainly plays a role). Humans as hunter-gathers had little food available and didn't eat three square meals aday, instead eating when it was available to them, there was no 'breakfast' and I don't believe evolution could even occur this fast to change how we function to say not eating breakfast is bad for you, furthermore fasting has played a role in human history for thousands of years and is within many rituals and spiritual traditions. I definitely fall into routines it's just natural
I don't understand how any working person can have breakfast in this day and age, I'd rather have that extra hour or so of sleep than a small meal before work, any calories I'm missing I can just get by eating a bigger lunch or dinner.
I work, go to college, have a social life, go to the gym every morning (or night depending when I work) and get 7-8 hours of sleep every night and still eat breakfast every morning....its very easy to do, I don't see how people can skip breakfast. Yeah sure this means I never sleep in but sleeping in is for boring people anyways. I also don't understand how this thread became the "whos the least healthiest here" thread
kinda reminded me of this http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1063005
'Tis the first four lines of this: http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/keha/tiktok.html
Actually heard that this is a pretty big problem for power plants since there's a huge spike when everyone makes tea :v:
Actually heard that this is a pretty big problem for power plants since there's a huge spike when everyone makes tea :v:
I heard that too. When eastenders and coronation street are about to televise, the nations kettles start roaring together and we need emergency electricity from europe.
Why do you eat so much for breakfast.
eggs and hashbrowns is a medium sized meal ya wazzack. [editline]14th April 2014[/editline] in fact, that exact combination is going to be my breakfast tomorrow, thanks. :)
I don't see how people cope without having a routine in terms of sleeping. I make sure I'm asleep before 1am so I get around 7 / 8 hours in bed. I remember when I was jobless & on the dole, I used to go bed around 1 / 2 am then wake up between 10-11, used to make me feel like shit and it kills your motivation like mad.

Sometimes I'll be working on something and you just lose the time. Like yesterday I was working on visually representing sorting algorithms, and suddenly it was 4 AM. similar to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8g-iYGHpEA
I have two mugs to whom I am loyal. Am I a bad person?
