Okay, so? Clinton has just about the exact same number, then,
The original comment was about 75% of Americans believing in Climate Change, and I was pointing out the number to show that it's entirely possible Trump only represents the people in the states who don't believe in it. If the American population participated in their democracy more, then that percentage might be reflected in a Presidential candidate who does believe in it. Not that I blame them, it's a fucked up and broken system through and through.
251 million people in voting age. 128 million votes. A bit over half voted. 46.3% voted Trump, 48.2% Clinton. "20% of population" is such a bullshit statistic. I'm more amazed that people allowed those candidates to actually happen in the first place.
Hold the fuck up. 128/251 is abit over half so let's round that to 1/2 exactly half. 46.3% votes Trump, lets round that up to 50%, also exactly half. So around half of the half of 251 million voted, which anyone with basic mathematics knowledge will know, is around 25%. Bullshit statistic my ass.
