So if it wasn't built for the benefit of its people, why was it built? A Children's hospital isn't a new concept that they claim to have developed first due to superior ideology.
I feel sad about many things when it comes to DPRK, the biggest of which is when they feel the need to announce this to the world as is were a crowning achievement, when their populace are dying from starvation. It's like screaming to the world "I HAVE TIED MY SHOELACES AND I LEARNT IT ALL BY MYSELF! SUCK IT ELMO!" For every little thing you do.
The accusations made by "defectors" are little more then outlandish creations that exist without any solid evidence.
okay so what makes the claims of north korea solid evidence
wouldn't a country doing bad things not admit those bad things

Seriously, don't bother. You're wasting your time.
I'm really interested to learn about how they actually educate their doctors/surgeons over there though, I just can't picture it.
With surgeon simulator.
With surgeon simulator.
Really though, they might be training in China - China has some decent medical schools.
for those talking about the documentary where no patient was in sight, that's just because the great north Korean people don't get ill
The Workers Party is demonstrating love for the children of the DPRK, why hide that?
hey Rayhalo, here's a warning sign for you; the state news openly endorses and praises a single party. there's only two kinds of places where journalistic integrity is actively overruled to such a degree: British tabloids, and dictatorships.
Congratulations you built something that literally every modern city has at least one of.
stands opposite to the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital
Cool they made it so it fits the life expectancy and everything
Reuters
Literally nothing NK has is "the envy" of any developing country. Well except maybe the very cheap workers, from, you know, the gulags.
There are many reasons that a hospital may be appear empty.
Requiring a patients permission seems like quite a valid reason.
He has a point here. You can't request permission to film someone who only exists in Rayhalo's mind.
Anyway, the video doesn't show where the real treatment takes place. Nothing soothes an aching back (or transverse myelitis) like a good day's work mining coal.
Hey uh didn't Craptasket tell us to PM him in case Rayhalo pulls this shit again
Can we not accept KCNA as a valid source for anything other than to laugh at?
Hey uh didn't Craptasket tell us to PM him in case Rayhalo pulls this shit again
oh wait yeah he did
A Children's hospital isn't a new concept that they claim to have developed first due to superior ideology.
Where exactly did the KCNA say that the DPRK claimed to have developed the concept of Children's hospitals first?
Also, where exactly did the KCNA say that the DPRK claimed to developed this concept from "superior ideology"?
they feel the need to announce this to the world as is were a crowning achievement
Where exactly was the KCNA announcing this to the world?
The KCNA is a national news organization comparable in reach to CNN or any other such national news networks.
If CNN were to present a story on the opening of a hospital in America would they be "announcing this to the world"?
Of course not, the story would be for the benefit of the people that lived within America.
KCNA is an organization designed to provide news to the citizens of the DPRK, not to you.
Cool they made it so it fits the life expectancy and everything
According to the World Health Organization the DPRK has a life expectancy of 65 for males and 72 for females.
okay so what makes the claims of north korea solid evidence
The DPRK is the victim of bad luck, poor planing and an imperialist war.
I tend to side with victims.
Also the information that i have been presented by DPRK officials is very convincing.

What are you on? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?
Why would you want to ban RAYHALO? He's a popular exhibit in Facepunch's gallery of odd users.

You straight up ignore any source that holds a negative standpoint on North Korea or its practices as propaganda... yet 'information' presented by DPRK officials is more convincing?
You're hired by the DPRK. I've heard this on good authority, don't try to refute it.
Why would you want to ban RAYHALO? He's a popular exhibit in Facepunch's gallery of odd users.
Considering that there are Fascist, Objectivist and Communist members; it would seem rather silly for a member to be banned for holding an unpopular opinion.

Alright, that does it. You're a troll. Either that or you actually are in NK and your job is to try to present NK in a good light online.
Considering that there are Fascist, Objectivist and Communist members; it would seem rather silly for a member to be banned for holding an unpopular opinion.
You wouldn't be banned for an unpopular opinion you'd be banned for asinine logic that means you're either a troll or extremely misguided.
The wonderful thing about Facepunch is: You can be banned for anything and everything!
It truely is a great place for banning freedom
We even have a gulag: the RC.
Alright, that does it. You're a troll. Either that or you actually are in NK and your job is to try to present NK in a good light online.
I'm actually just a DPRK supporter that lives in Australia.
I was simply attempting explain why i trust the DPRK.

There is seriously something wrong with RAYHALO. He defends North Korea so blindly you would think he was raised there.
I wish that i was.
I'm really sorry for this but I just can't put into words my disbelief so please let these perfectly summarizing words of J.K Simmons acting as Jameson from the Spiderman movies help me out

I dunno about you, but the thought of having a North Korean who's job is to spread propaganda on Facepunch is entertaining as hell.
I'm actually just a DPRK supporter that lives in Australia.

serious question
are you in bed with the north koreans?
Considering that there are Fascist, Objectivist and Communist members; it would seem rather silly for a member to be banned for holding an unpopular opinion.
actually basically all the fascists get banned sooner or later when they slip up and say "kill all the Jews" or whatever, and the objectivists are usually so dumb that a perma is pretty much inevitable. so you can totally get banned for being unpopular and/or wrong
serious question
are you in bed with the north koreans?
The extent of my involvement with the DPRK is my membership in the KFA and the access to DPRK officials that it provides.
However I'm most certainly not a propaganda drone or otherwise employed by the DPRK.
I'm simply bad at expressing myself and i apologize for that.
Does North Korea even have kids?
No. They have that suppression field thing going on.
Welcome to Pyongyang. It's safer here
Can we please ban this troll?
But he's super fun to watch! Its like a watching a trainwreck or an old lady falling down an up-escalator.
Its awful but you can't look away!
it's always a party when rayhalo posts
