Isn't that the one from DEUS EX HR?
No its the one from Call of Duty
out of pure curiosity, what do you think he should be doing considering the circumstances he's facing?
thanking whatever god he believes in that he isn't in prison for 20 years and not exploiting his ill-gotten fame.
legally yea. morally, he is an abysmal human being who shows no remorse after killing someone. he is basically on par with most murderers.
how the fuck do you know that he shows no remorse
I kinda doubt that he went out to buy a KSG thinking "man I cant wait to unleash 14 rounds of buckshot into some minorities!"
Can't put my finger on it, but I really like the look of that shotgun.
Not just the look that is badass, it has two separate tubes for storing the shells and they can be swapped between, have buckshot in one tube and slugs in the other, swap between for different situations, buckshot if the attacker is in your house, slugs if he's far off or in a vehicle.
Regardless of your opinion on him, he's getting death threats daily, people have posed with guns saying they're going to come for him. A lot of people want him dead. Getting a weapon seems like a pretty logical course of action.
A bit less related here, but Lamar, are you trying to stir up shit by putting a positive slant on all your Zimmerman thread titles? Just wondering.

the fact that he is exploiting his celebrity status means he doesn't really care much that he killed a kid.
[editline]23rd August 2013[/editline]
remorseful people generally don't do shit like that.
Zimmerma- .. who? Oh damn that bullpupish shotgun looks awesome!

Since you've made that statement several times already: explain how he's "exploiting his celebrity status".

I would consider getting the grand tour of a firearms factory being an example of him exploiting his fame; if he was some no-name, I doubt this would occur.

I wouldn't really consider 17 as still being a kid.

he probably wasn't the one who called kel-tec up and asked for a tour. there's been stories of how people have been offering to buy zimmerman guns and i'm sure they used the opportunity to get some publicity for their business. it even states that he was just there to ask about the gun.
He stopped in at Kel-Tec gun dealership and inquired about a Kel-Tec KSG.

I think the UTS-15 looks better. Not a fan of polymer-framed guns, they just look so... plasticky.

also quiet reminder that the Neostead pioneered alternating feed technology nearly a decade before both the KSG and UTS came into being and looks really fucking cool to boot

There is something horribly wrong with a gun company riding on the fame of someone who got international attention for killing someone.

Are you for real dood? He showed up at a keltec retail center and they gave him a tour of the plant and someone took a photo with him. and TMZ, a fucking celebrity gossip website wrote a shitty article about it. How the hell is he exploiting his celebrity status??
There is something horribly wrong with a gun company riding on the fame of someone who got international attention for killing someone.
people will do anything to get money lol

If you're law enforcement, military, and other special circumstances, you can arrange a tour at the kel tec factory.

aka exploiting your celebrity status for personal gain.
waffle gun
There is something horribly wrong with a gun company riding on the fame of someone who got international attention for killing someone.
Guns are built for killing, there's not much else they can focus on to get publicity.
aka exploiting your celebrity status for personal gain.
......they didn't give him a free shotgun dood, they gave him a tour of a small factory and someone took a picture with him. Thats really pushing the whole "personal gain thing". I also kind of doubt that he got the proceeds from the dood who sold the photo to TMZ, and I also don't think he has much control over what articles those shitlords write.
There is something horribly wrong with a gun company riding on the fame of someone who got international attention for killing someone.
well selling people guns for self defense is sort of their business
so when someone wins a high profile self defense in which the defender used a gun made by a particular company, it makes pretty good sense for that company to use the publicity to promote their product as one that will also work for other prospective customers
There is something horribly wrong with a gun company riding on the fame of someone who got international attention for killing someone.
A HK 416 was allegedly used to kill Osama Bin Laden, but nobody really credited it for it. They're guns, they all shoot bullets and kill people just as dead. Nobody's going to buy a gun just because it was used in a particular scenario. Not unless they're delusional.
My experience with the KSG is picking one up at a gun show being so surprised to see one and then the table manager tapping his finger next to the ASK TO HANDLE sign and me feeling like the biggest piece of shit in the world.
Why is this news? "breaking: George Zimmerman goes shopping!
Thank the media.

so how many times has kel-tec invited you for a free tour of their factory?
because i am still waiting on that phone call.
aka exploiting your celebrity status for personal gain.
No, TMZ and a gun shop "exploited his status", all he was doing was trying to buy a gun.
so how many times has kel-tec invited you for a free tour of their factory?

The article makes it sound like he stopped somewhere to look at the firearm and was offered the tour afterwards.
Besides, a tour of the kel-tec factory would amount to watching a bunch of crazed engineers sitting around and playing foosball, with them maybe getting up and tightening a screw once every hour and a half.
No, TMZ and a gun shop "exploited his status", all he was doing was trying to buy a gun.
He's still getting a free ride on his gained status regardless.
No, TMZ and a gun shop "exploited his status", all he was doing was trying to buy a gun.
then why didn't he just buy a gun?
