What happens when you try to view it? I know someone in Sweden who is watching it right now so I don't think its region locked.
UK NTC rep just confirmed to sky that Saif has been captured.

If it's anything like what's happening with me, the first link tells me to install Silverlight (done) and the other one is just a gigantic grey screen with a little white tap on the bottom-right.
FMCNL (the guy who reported lots of the air movements at the start) is reporting that a Air Libya plane is moving about.

(Nice breaking of UNSCR 1973, Air Libya isn't allowed to operate)
This is that plane. The only serviceable 717 in Libya.

Mousa Ibrahim is about to make a statement NOW
They have his son.
Mousa Ibrahim looks less calm than normal IMO.
INSTALL FASTER, SILVERLIGHT!
He is still with Gaddafi it seems.

Is there a video stream anywhere?
Some Ghadaffi-official-prick is talking on the sky stream now.
http://t.co/2VQGDkY <--- best live feed
He's basically saying that NATO turned the peacefull city of Tripoli into a hellstorm.
It would be awesome if the studio got stormed during this live speech.
Peaceful my ass.
Mine too to be honest.
From the twitter feed of the sky person filming.
IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE THE UK THIS SHOULD WORK

Sky are reporting that Reuters are reporting Al Jazeera are saying that the brigade in charge of Gaddafi's security (not the Amazonian guard, but the khamis brigade) has given up their arms and surrendered.
That link is giving me a blackscreen...

One of these two will work, Sky are IMO doing the best coverage at the moment. Their reporter is insane.
Let's hope the death toll isn't staggering.

While the saying goes "Don't kill the messenger", he will be a hunted man now. I'd be nervous if I was him too.
Jesus christ that guy from the Libyan goverment is talking crap. Makes sense seeing as he's from the Libyan government.
Another claim of Gaddafi being dead

Also from FMCNL, apparently a NATO command and control plane is up over Libya

Ibrahim is reporting 1,300 in the past 24 hours.
He is also asking for a cease fire again.
'we need gadaffi to lead us to peace and out of this situation'
orr the rebels could just storm you guys kill gadaffi and save the country that way in a couple more hours or so
Guardian have a live blog up http://www.guardian.co.uk/global/middle-east-live/2011/aug/21/libya-syria-israel-middle-east-unrest?CMP=twt_gu

Neither are working for me; keeps saying there's some sort of error and refresh. I keep refreshing but get the same thing.
This is amazing. History is happening right now in Tripoli. It's just a matter of hours now.
