IE, almost as shit as microsoft. Firefox is where it's at.
Webkit-based browsers! Wooo!
FUCKING FIREFOX SUCKS, OPERA RULES NO IT DOESN'T WHAT THE FUCK YOU'RE AN IDIOT YES IT DOES ACTUALLY YOU'RE BOTH DUMB CUNTS, CHROME IS BETTER THAN BOTH OF THEM. Like that.
Shut up fget
Chrome is the fastest.
Assholes.
There's going to a lot of very angry web devs out there.
I think it's better to just let it die when people stop using it rather than forcing it intentionally. People will get a clue and upgrade when IE6 stops working on their favorite websites.
Why's everyone blagging microsoft? Without them computers wouldn't be a good as they are today.
Even my school uses IE7.
This. They put it on most of the XP computers last year (they might have even put IE8 on them over the summer), now if they can just make the internet less laggy so I don't waste valuable research time waiting for the fucking page to load :bang:. [editline]11:56AM[/editline]
Why's everyone blagging microsoft? What if websites started boycotting IE6? like detect that the user is using IE6 and tell him that he can't access the website with IE6
My computers have Firefox installed, I'd prefer chrome though.
I don't blame them. This 'IE6 must die' shit is just self-righteousness and is really getting on my wick. Besides, loads of companies use IE6.

This shit needs to go
All my websites inform ie6 users of the risks of using it. It is so insecure, its disgusting.
So wait, Microsoft is entirely happy to stop supporting an operating system that a lot of people still use (granted, their attempts at this have failed), but they'll keep flogging IE6 to death? This logic fails me. :geno:
"Friends do not let friends use IE
Fix'd. [editline]01:24AM[/editline] But some things need IE6 for some reason. My dad is head of infection prevention at the Royal Marsdon in London (famous cancer hospital) and they have some database for all of the patients that will crash if used on anything above IE6.
http://saveie6.com
Is that serious?

Each of the scripts show a standard alert javascript popup to IE6 visitors ONLY and redirects them under certain conditions. When redirects occur, visitors will be redirected to a page to help them install a better browser."
My mother still uses it and so do a lot of non-computer savvy people and it's really not that horrible because it does what it needs to Facepunch is a bunch of nerds so I'll expect dumb ratings
You're to ignorant too realize why it is bad.
Is that serious?
What does it say in the yellow box? Also 1,336 votes. leeb
What if websites started boycotting IE6? like detect that the user is using IE6 and tell him that he can't access the website with IE6
Some started already. Sadly it's mainly web designers and programmer's personal websites, but it's a start.
