Speed cameras are, quite literally, dangerous. Safety hazards. [editline]1st August 2013[/editline]
I was told that everyone speeds anyways like anywhere else in the world.
Quite, over here nobody does the limit and our roads are not particularly dangerous. Speed isn't bad. It helps people focus and stuff. Suddenly becoming stationary is what gets you.

Flash was right in my face, couldn't see shit for 1-2 seconds and if I hadn't stopped as well I would have definitely hit the guy in front. Legally they're not supposed to use flash cameras at night here anyway so I don't know what the fuck the deal was but I still despise them. Traffic acts completely irrationally when in areas with cameras. People flying through and then coming to sudden stops when they see them.
Well yeah, have you seen them driving on the wrong side of the road? Couple that with speeding and that's just a disaster waiting to happen.
Fuck your right, no wonder they should get life. Good thinking
Why has nobody pointed out the pun in the title yet, seriously. BRAKING: man pulled over.
Why does all American Dashboard footage look like it was taken in 2003
Going over the limit is a great way to disrupt traffic.
Other way around. On a highway, it's more dangerous to drive under the limit if everyone else is going over. You could get rearended. No one drives under the speed limit unless there's a cop nearby or the road conditions are hazardous.
he was on his way to terrorize another black community and murder innocent kids
Traybots will have a field day with this and the media knows they will lap it up.
seriously TMZ?
Why does all American Dashboard footage look like it was taken in 2003
lower quality allows for more space to store the footage
Haha you hear the police officer take a picture and send off a text message in the video. Awesome.
He was armed in the car too or what CBS and USA Today says, probably something in case of any protestors tried to attack him
Holy shit, someone who has a Concealed Carry License- armed? This blows my mind.
What's this monster going to do next, eat a curry?
Going over the limit is a great way to disrupt traffic.
Not when nobody really cares and everyone goes at the limit or over it. Because people are watching the road, not their speedos. [editline]2nd August 2013[/editline]
Legally you're not supposed to go over the limit either, whether there is a camera or not.
There isn't a single person who doesn't go over the limit sometimes.
Can't Flim Flam the Zim Zam
Going over the limit is a great way to disrupt traffic.
Q. Isn't slower always safer? A. No, federal and state studies have consistently shown that the drivers most likely to get into accidents in traffic are those traveling significantly below the average speed. According to research, those driving 10 mph slower than the prevailing speed are more likely to be involved in an accident. That means that if the average speed on an interstate is 70 mph, the person traveling at 60 mph is more likely to be involved in an accident than someone going 70 or even 80 mph. I was watching CNN when I was waiting in the clinic yesterday and they interrupted a story on the new info on the NSA scandal with a big red "BREAKING NEWS" and started playing this story instead
