And there's also no evidence that zimmerman didn't start the fight. How do we know zimmerman didn't start it and trayvon didn't fear for his life and he thought he's gotta fight his way out of it?
We don't know that he didn't. We don't know that he did.
And that's exactly why he can't be charged.
And there's also no evidence that zimmerman didn't start the fight. How do we know zimmerman didn't start it and trayvon didn't fear for his life and he taught he's gotta fight his way out of it?
Innocent until proven guilty. The prosecution could not prove that Zimmerman was lying so it is assumed he is telling the truth. We can have our own person suspicions but it doesn't hold up legally in court.
I think now for the next few days we should report on every black-on-white crime in america and pretend it's relevant so we have an excuse to be blatantly racist
oh wait let's not that's retarded
So if there are riots and murders it will be the result of coincidence? Haha wow, talk about ignorant.
Sensationalist media made thier money off of it so they already won a long time ago.
Everybody has vastly blown up this thing into a nationwide scandal. I'm just interested because it's often funny to look at people who try to find loopholes or excuses or gaps where they can criticize the justice system for apparently failing.
A hundred or so Traybots are shrieking in downtown Chicago

How do we know? Should we lock him up without evidence?

In that case, the burden of proof should be on the killer because the other side is, well, conveniently dead.

burden of proof is ALWAYS on the prosecution.
did "innocent until proven guilty" completely fly by your head and out the window???
In that case, the burden of proof should be on the killer because the other side is, well, conveniently dead.
guilty until proven innocent
In that case, the burden of proof should be on the killer because the other side is, well, conveniently dead.
Thats not how it works in America, friend.
Here we believe a man is innocent until proven otherwise.
I think Zimmerman is not guilty.
And I think that is probably what the most likely truth is.
In that case, the burden of proof should be on the killer because the other side is, well, conveniently dead.
That's not how the American justice system works.
In that case, the burden of proof should be on the killer because the other side is, well, conveniently dead.
how can you prove that you didn't start a fight when said fight was not recorded.
That would make the remaining party guilty until proven innocent.
A cop on the police scanner just quietly said Not Guilty and nothing else
some cop did the same thing here
the interesting thing about this case is that if martin was able to kill zimmerman he'd have an even easier time going free - armed guy dead, unarmed kid alive, it'd be open and shut
I guess the moral of the story is if you start something, kill them so you can walk
In that case, the burden of proof should be on the killer because the other side is, well, conveniently dead.
CLEARLY trayvon is innocent because he's dead, nevermind the bruises on his knuckles, Zimmerman's fractured nose and lacerations on the back of his head.
trayvon used his super human speed abilities to get past Zimmerman at GUNPOINT (becus come on, Zimmerman was OUT FOR BLOOD) but then somehow Zimmerman was on the bottom and killed poor Trayvon who was accidently repeatedly hitting his fists on zimmermans face

How we know if they're the killer if it can't be proven?
Large crowds in San Francisco and Los Angeles now. I guess it's time to get a shovel and helmet and dig myself into a hole until this blows over.

Would've been very sketchy why somebody being beat to death would've not used their pistol, give or take specifics.
some cop did the same thing here
They do this normally. When big cases reach a decision, someone always airs the verdict. No one discusses it though, they just accept it.
-snip, I'm late-
People are idiots
I find it concerning that Zimmerman only received that charge on the account of his own perspective. If I remember correctly, the witnesses didn't view the duration of the scuffle.
If the reverse had happened, Trayvon would have been slapped with a manslaughter charge.
So, by this logic as soon as somebody starts to lose a fight their allowed to whip out a gun and shoot the other person, right?
By this logic you're allowed to defend yourself when someone is sitting on top of you bashing your head into the ground by using your legally owned concealed-carry weapon.
Although judging from your previous posts you're gonna declare Zimmerman guilty since his behavior was illegal by Canadian law despite the incident taking place in the United States.
Did anybody watch the trial? Christ my facebook is filled with all this #Justice4Trayvon shit.
