THE RACE RIOTS
THEY'RE A COMIN
Do you guys know what you sound like?
you know black people are not the only ones living in poor neighborhoods anymore right?
All I'm saying is, expect big riots, that doesn't seem too far stretched does it?
You can't simmer the Zimmer.
But seriously. There will be riots.
Excellent.
we're at paulcon 1 people

Ya know I agree, she cuts the mics of people on her show if she doesn't agree with them and can't out shout them.
CNN is really trying its best to make this sound like Zimmerman was actually guilty and that this is a failure of the justice system.
Time to check the #Justicefortrayvon tweets

horribly racist? I don't know how those posts aren't getting banned. It's like I'm really on /pol/
Actually, this might have worked out in the media's favor, because now they get to follow all of the chaos that will follow the verdict.
That they caused, of course.
Wow CNN just interviewed a kid + father outside the court
"I think they did the right thing - I mean he shoulda gone to jail"
Clearly the kid was being spoonfed by his father who brought him to the court
I saw that shit. I genuinely feel bad for children like that. That kid could not care any less about the case.
so? they got their ratings, they rake in their money. why would they give a shit about the verdict as anything more than another opportunity to gather some advertising money?
Ah. I was thinking big media influence on the case. When you put it that way, yes, big media still sucks. It always sucks. It will continue to suck.

I stopped caring about CNN's opinion after they decided to paint a rapist being found guilty as a victim.
The riots might not be because of Zimmerman. For all we know, the Lakers could have just won the finals.
Banned user gonna be mad
LA riots II in 3...2...
I'm glad Zimmerman was found innocent, and hope he keeps safe. And I also hope people do not SERIOUSLY cause riots, cause where I live, there definitely are people who would do stupid shit over things like this.
My sister already put like 6 facebook posts about how the verdict is bullshit.
My dad is pretty much screaming bullshit.
My mom is slightly neutral but still leaning towards the verdict being bullshit.
My brother and I are the only sane ones.
I'm a member of an ignorant family.
Riots ensue in the following cities: Miami, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego and Paris, because the Parisians just wanted an excuse to riot.

Holy shit yesterday she was literally cutting the mics off of the people that argued with her opinion. She did it like 3 times. I was laughing so hard.

Honestly, the only reason I have it on because I can't think of anywhere else to get news from on TV right now.
As someone who hasn't been paying much attention to this case, can someone sum up how the media has sensationalized this?
Not trying to troll, I'm just ignorant/uninformed.
Can we please make a "Reactions to Zimmerman Being Found Not Guilty" Megathread? Like the one we had after Obama got reelected?
