Wait, is it still unconfirmed? Damnit, this uncertainty is killing me.

Everything is until there are pictures or video.
Gaddafi (if alive) is so damn fucked.
Well something did indeed happen, Libya is all car horns and gunfire
I wouldn't be surprised if he was killed. It only takes one enough pissed off guy with a gun.

Aljazeera just changed their headlines to 'dead'.
Didn't go that well.
I think His gigantic ego vanished when there were actually armed rebels in front of him
Although there has been no confirmation of this, both Reuters and Libyan State TV are saying that Gaddafi has been killed!
That "kill" wasnt intentional... right?
He had a Golden Pistol? Thats... rather impratical.

As I said before, more proof is needed than getting a word from some crazy off the street. Take everything with a truckload of salt.

Once they found him, it was over. He wasn't going to walk away alive if it was the rebels that found him, and he knew it.
Might as well die with some class.
Being realistic, it's far more likely he's been executed on the spot by some of the Libyan fighters, they're nuts.

o wow 14th prestige
"He's captured. He's wounded in both legs," National Transitional Council (NTC) official Abdel Majid told Reuters news agency.
I somehow imagine him fleeing like the little sissy man he is and a Rebel shooting his legs to cripple/stop him.
Thank god, The world is better with out him.
If he is indeed dead, I think it is a shame he is. It would be a great opportunity for the NTC to prove they can run a fair trial, which would make many people believe they're actually able to run a democratic country.
Don't get me wrong; I am glad that he finally got what he deserved. I just think a capture would be a lot more valuable for the rebels.
AlJazerra is changing their story again to they caught him alive.
[editline]20th October 2011[/editline]
And changed it back to dead
And back to alive
Then dead
Reports have had it that he's alive, and was taking from Sirte with a convoy... I DEMAND PICTURES.

Hopefully the news is true, I hope he's alive at the moment so he has to face the poeple he pissed off.

I think it's still alive, haha. Watching AJE live, and they say "Uh.. confusing but I think they've only captured him."
its back to alive. I dont even know anymore.
CBC has him at alive
Mustafa Abdel Jalil will be addressing the Libyan people shortly - I will provide a link when it starts.
NTC just confirmed he died of the gun wounds on the way to a hospital.
Guy on skys live stream celebrating with what looks like a football trophy.
Maybe it's the "overthrew a dictator trophy"?
I think His gigantic ego vanished when there were actually armed rebels in front of him
That would be every dictator that ever lived save a few ballsy ones, like napoleon.
Dead or alive?

Dumb, what?
Rolling news stations appear to be panicking for exclusives and jumping on any new report they get.
