• Brony Pedophile Chases 11-Year-Old Girl At Convention

Brony is already a profanity in Russian fanbase. And I am not sure, how long till they're done, and switch to anything other to spoil.
The strangest thing is: why no one called authorities in this situation. As for fandom... every single one have rotten apples. Generalizing is dumb, as being told. Besides, MLP fandom was born on 4chan, you should EXPECT a lot of creepy wierdos.
No one called authorities because there's a chance this was made up for one reason or another. A girl running around a convention alone is very easily noticeable, a girl taking an elevator alone (to/from where ?) and getting assaulted by a fat dude with no one noticing or intervening in a crowded convention is nearly impossible. The fandom has no excuse for being filled with assholes and creepers. Because there are bad apples in a community doesn't mean they are excused, besides the amount of shitters in one community greatly varies from one to the other. But yeah, the original story is very likely made up to begin with. Too many things don't add up.
As creepy as pedophiles are, I think it's just as creepy that a convention for My Little Pony has to set aside additional space away from the majority for children
Sounds like you've never been at Brony convection.
Sounds like you've never been at Brony convection.
I dont think Ganerumo would ever go to a creep convention.
This is what happens when we let "Bronies" into conventions meant for kids, it's creepy and wrong...
This is what happens when we let "Bronies" into conventions meant for kids, it's creepy and wrong...
The convention was literally "for bronies by bronies". I understand the confusion a lot of parents have though but the brony fandom is primarily for teenagers/young adults even if the conventions try to be all-ages.
We tell her of course, hurry her behind our booth and fucking station ourselves around her because she’s eleven years old and all of us are prepared to physically attack the human trashheap who tries to fuck with her. We’re all dressed up in wings and ears and we’re 100000% prepared to rip them off and launch across that table to defend this kid.
Thank god they took it seriously.
This is what happens when we let "Bronies" into conventions meant for kids, it's creepy and wrong...
I suggest that if you don't know what's going on you either do some research and find out, or you shut up with these bullshit posts. It's becoming quite apparent that there are people here who are just shitting on people for the sake of shitting on people, and apparently the mods tolerate it because "hurr durr bronies". As a little thought experiment, go back and reread this thread, replacing every instance of "bronies" with "feminists", and make a prediction as to what would happen.
Acting like presumptuous dick is stupid regardless how many agrees and boxes fly around in this bandwagon parking lot. But that doesn't matter anyway, Anytime this kind of thing pops up it eventually turns into hurrr bronies are bad and dum. Ass pull generalizations splatter all over the walls because incidents involving singular persons in the field of bronyology work as equivalent to surveying millions. Flimsy as shit, but ofc since if the place's got enough of the right people no complete lack of any arguable evidence and blatant confirmation bias is no object. They're not even trying.
You're right, some parts of the story don't make sense, so we should stop feeling sorry for an eleven year old girl who might've been stalked by a pedophile and instead feel sorry for the poor, defenceless bronies who are oppressed and hated for no reason :'( :'( :'( Grow the fuck up. You read a story about an eleven year old girl being stalked by a pedophile and immediately think to yourself "pssht, there's not much evidence there. This is a personal attack!" Fuck you, you fucking creep.
The convention was literally "for bronies by bronies". I understand the confusion a lot of parents have though but the brony fandom is primarily for teenagers/young adults even if the conventions try to be all-ages.
There's a misconception here due to how well-known bronies are on the internet, the majority of people who watch 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic' are actually children. The whole brony fandom makes up a small amount of the people who watch the show.
Sounds like you've never been at Brony convection.
You'd think the parents would notice and not let her take a fucking elevator alone. You'd think the safety staff would also notice.
I seriously hate how these kind of people make all of us mlp fans look like pedos, most of us are normal people that just enjoy the show and fandom PS: im not defending that piece of shit whatsoever
im shocked there are so many people in this thread that think a brony can't be a paedophile , it's their normal state
reading this thread makes me feel like it's 2012 again specifically, threads about arguments about bronies that would stretch to 10+ pages let's not go there please edit: wait, wouldn't there be security footage from the elevator? Has anyone said anything about that? Also, unless this incident is 100% confirmed to be true I'm gonna consider it up in the air.
I seriously hate how these kind of people make all of us mlp fans look like pedos, most of us are normal people that just enjoy the show and fandom
Well, here's the thing: Most normal people that watch MLP aren't going to be misrepresented because if they're normal about it no one will know too much or care. I know people in real life that watch MLP and I've seen both bronies that go too far in person and just straight up normal people that know when to stop with their fandoms. Even if you have an MLP avatar, the damage still comes from how you act. The people that might be misrepresented are the people that don't know when to stop with their fandoms and won't shut up about it and have other contributing geeky/awkward features that unfortunately add to stereotype.
The people who go to conventions are almost exclusively older fans. Both men and women. The younger fans that attend mostly attend because their parents enjoy the show as well. The conventions are always child friendly to make sure the children have a good time, and the guests involved with the show always go out of their way to talk and play with the kids. This shit is done professionally. So when you hear these kinds of reports it automatically makes you think why the fuck this was kept under the table (no pun intended) until after the convention and was only brought to light via tumblr. Furthermore these Sac Anime people were not related to the convention at all. They were there to promote their own event, and the person writing the post on tumblr admitted to hating the fandom. When this person is then contacted to help hunt down a potential predator to make sure it wont happen again, and she proceeds to delete everything she wrote, it kind of sounds to me like this person made the whole thing up, or at least grossly exxagerated whatever happened in order to make a juicy blog post on tumblr just to get attention.

There are the people who watch it normally, and then there are the people who do it for the violence. I would imagine it would be easy for a paedophile to go to something like this to find children.
The point is, you guys like to take very isolated incidents and use them as the crux of why something is terrible/awful/disgusting. Which is what is done to a lot of other things like video games and school shooters, other fandoms, and voter fraud.
That's a stupid example please go away like seriously, those examples literally do not work at all.
The strangest thing is: why no one called authorities in this situation. As for fandom... every single one have rotten apples. Generalizing is dumb, as being told. Besides, MLP fandom was born on 4chan, you should EXPECT a lot of creepy wierdos.
"generalizing is dumb" this shit seems pretty common, it may not be because of MLP but there are a huge number of creep bronies, to the point where yeah generally bronies are creeps. I see a bunch of bronies that are pretty "On the ball", but the majority I meet are the vocal majority and usually pretty far out or just turds. They're creep enough to still be creeps, maybe not to pedo levels but excessive pony porn levels yeah, that's' pretty weird. really it comes down to simply "Not calling oneself a brony" because that's stupid.

Tumblr is fucking infamous for making up shit and spreading it like wildfire.
Guy tries to kidnap a child, and they don't call the police? The fuck.
One would think someone would think of the children... But really, with the ammount of "invisible" creeps around and no one says a thing? Almost sounds like another world where we are just learning about pedophiles.

Why does everyone assume it was a brony and not just a common pedophile who saw the con as an opportunity to get close to children?
Why does everyone assume it was a brony and not just a common pedophile who saw the con as an opportunity to get close to children?
I guess that's because of :MLP Shirt + Being there
This is more relevant now than it has ever been before [editline]25th April 2014[/editline]
Why does everyone assume it was a brony and not just a common pedophile who saw the con as an opportunity to get close to children?
Because bronies like to whack it to fictional creatures that look, act, & sound like little children
Send all bronies to a rehabilitation camp cheers
Why does everyone assume it was a brony and not just a common pedophile who saw the con as an opportunity to get close to children?
Because I wouldn't expect any little girls to care enough about mlp to go to a convention.
why do these brony cunts even try and justify the shit they are into. half of these guys have sexual fantasies about fucking cartoon horses that were designed for children what the fuck is wrong with you lot honestly. get help. please.
saw a pedo, better go tumble about it
4 pages and there's yet to be a pedo apologist i'm proud of you fp
