I walked around that place hung over and stoned and still managed to be respectful, I don't get why this kid feels the need to distastefully insert his career into something like this.
I'm sorry but this is hilarious.

Just can't make this shit up
What a fucking tool.
How disrespectful. Anne Frank was obviously a metalhead.
Little twit
He probably is trying to get a bit more "bad boy" into his image and this is the only thing he'd be willing to do for it.
the little boy in spain playing pianos filled with flames is actually justin bieber on the computer
I don't see why everyone is jumping on him, he's a stupid kid like most of us, spending all this time hating someone you've never met really aint healthy.
I really don't get you guys
Wouldn't you hope that one of the most influential girls in history would have liked your work too?
I mean, I know Bieber is no musical prodigy, but come on
The keyword being "wish". You don't go saying that in public ya know. Also I wouldn't wish Anne Frank was a fan of mine, like, of all the people you could choose that you wish were a fan of you you choose Anne Frank..

He said "hopefully", not wish

I wouldn't write it in the guestbook at their home. What he did screams "how can I make this about me?"
I'm sure there are dumber things people have written in that guestbook. And seriously, who cares? So what, he hopes that one of the most inspiring teenagers in history would've liked his music had she been around to hear it. Oh no, what an idiot.
He has his head so far up his own arse he doesn't know whether to speak or fart

Is there a difference?

Even if that was the case, he wrote it in terms that made people think he was shamelessly plugging his music.
This doesn't really phase me, but the belieber outcries on twitter make me rage with the force of a thousand suns.
We need to concentrate on the main topic of this thread. Not this insensitive shit.
:v: Damn, that's subtle.
You guys totally mistook him....I am sure he thought that if Anne Frank was a belieber the Nazis would have probably run away or considered suicide after hearing his songs in the place she was hiding
(Justin Bieber's baby playing in the background)
Grüne Polizei : Oberscharführer! was ist das song?
Oberscharführer: Meine ears! Retreat! Retreat!
Can't wait to hear Jeff Mangum's response.
I feel bad for him. It appears he's burning out. "Live fast, die young," they say. Whatever he used to be is being consumed by this new, angry doppelganger. Supposedly he's a massive bag of dicks both outside and inside the studio (now). From going vroom in his Ferrari in the relatively peaceful rich neighborhoods he lives in to disturbing and outright attacking people. His bodyguards have had to hold him off more than once. To my knowledge, he's even skipped his OWN shows at least once. I don't hate him but he certainly ain't a respectable role model.
If he was 14 I might agree with him. I'd definitely consider 19 a good age to be considered properly "grown up" enough to put a lot of thought into stuff you say and do though.
I don't know where you are from, but in America 19 is hardly an age to consider someone an adult..... Hell it isn't uncommon for people to remain children almost into their 30s. Most people around 23-25 figure it out, some just never catch on.

Doesn't excuse his bullshit antics that he's been pulling lately.
Oh my god, Justin Bieber wrote something stupid in a guest book, what a scandal.
I like to think Anne Frank's reaction to his music would be something in the "What the fuck?" category.

you should watch his movie
im serious, youll gain a new sympathy for justin bieber. hes basically been removed from education and placed into an environment where hes the center of attention and importance since like age 14.
he's fucked for life

I watched that movie with my girlfriend for some reason
I was literally biting my fingers off when he lost his voice, the suspense of him not being able to sing for a while OR EVER was killing me
Would Helen Keller also be a belieber?
Thats just funny, bloody ponce.
Wow what a stupid thing to say about someone who died, plus she probably would have liked jazz or 40's music.
I never really liked Justin Beiber but I didn't hate him or anything, but this is really... someone help me here with a good enough description.
funny?
