Too bad the dev is French Canadian. You can bet they won't change their game's price because of "the game's ~artistic integrity~". That and they're French Canadian. You know who else is French Canadian? Phil Fish.

I guess Valve knew it would show how bad Greenlight can be.
It's because the game is 18+ due to community guidelines or whatever. It does have nudity and not to mention it's a fetish VN.
Which one is that? I only had the character who masturbated after their shower.
Maybe they'll include that as DLC.

You'd think that Valve would ban these sort of games altogether.
Valve needs to hire a quality control team, seriously. Steam shouldn't be hosting fetish-fueled flash games. :v:

Worse games will continue to come along once Greenlight is phased out. It will be the community's job to keep good games and content at the top of the boards. Think something like Reddit. Crappier games you will have to search for yourself and the good/joke games will be at the top suggested by everyone.

The community is quality control.
23€ are you fucking insane
im putting aside my journalistic integrity to just outright deem this game worthless
you don't understand art, please log off
Steam deliberately hid this game from the front page.
At least they tried.
It got funded for $27k on Indiegogo.
I really shouldn't be surprised by this considering how much people will shell out for their kinks, but goddamn man.
In all seriousness, why should this not be on Steam?
I mean, you only need to take one look at it to know you don't want it. And if there are people who do (for whatever reason), why not let them have it?
What Steam really needs is better filtering.

Then why the fuck was it added? Like seriously, who the FUCK approves this absolute shit?

I think that's the base premise of everybody's complaint. It's another example of why greenlight is a shit process
I think it's really dumb how Valve wants to take a hands-off approach with all things Steam-related yet they still want to take a 30% cut off of every sale. You can't have your cake and eat it too. And also own the cake factory.
-bleh dumb post-
It got funded for $27k on Indiegogo.
:wtc:
This is exactly why Valve needs to stop entrusting shit to the community, hire some fucking employees and do their job their own damn self.
Wait this shit actually got funded first?
Actually what am I saying all hope in humanity was lost so many times now its unfixable.
Thank god at least valve hides sexual games.
Now excuse me I have to make an indiegogo joke and maybe I'll earn some money.
time to start a petition to remove

That was pretty much the status quo before Greenlight, but Steam got so popular Valve felt they were being a huge bottleneck. So they thought "hey we're already making games based on community-created content, the Workshop's doing wonder, let's outsource this thing to the community as well!" and rolled out a bunch of features from community hubs to Greenlight to public reviews and tags.
The first iteration of Greenlight was perceived as a bottleneck as well and made nobody happy, so at some point Valve went "this isn't working" and more or less opened the floodgates, which obviously has come with a lot of criticism as well.
So it's pretty much Valve being the mad scientist again, but this time they're really outside their comfort zone - and it shows.
I feel like Jim Sterling should see this and remind us why Greenlight is poorly executed. Again, that is.
Can we not have porn on steam. I'm not some kind of moral crusader, but anywhere on the Internet that porn is allowed, really seedy people will follow. I really don't want to deal with bones pill spam and "UGLY SLUTS WANT YOUR COCK" bullshit when I want to play video games.

That happens even without porn being involved
