fucking classic
this is terrible, it's going to lead to reprisals
can't wait for the mentality that clinton is some form of frank underwood on the down low to go away.
that is if it even does, I don't like her either but shit I doubt she is capable of being a mastermind behind peoples deaths and ordering dumb shit like this to happen.

This is the problem when a candidate with some baggage gets nominated over one who doesn't. They end up having all manner of horrid things being subscribed to them thats not true. I doubt sanders would have had this much chaos in his wake. I sincerely do.

I didn't know that Trump's been courting the hipster vote.
It's actually the lumberjack voting block.
It's actually the lumberjack voting block.
Probably just illegal Canadian immigrants trying to impose their healthcare system unto the US via voter fraud.
Fucking wonderful, why are people so stupid, god damn
How do you think firebombing your opponents is a valid tactic at all? Why are they so blind they cant even see that this shit just makes things worse?
I'm honestly terrified about what's going to happen when the election results come out.
This is what happens when you groundlessly slander the opposition based on nothing but hearsay. If it's a large group of people, they all have to double down and buy into it even more, making them more extreme, because otherwise they'd have to realize that they've been awful and gullible people.
And i'm not saying that hillary's campaign is the sole cause of this coloring. Sure there's the basket of deplorables comment and the constant painting of trump as a war mongering uber racist, despite all evidence, but when you see those pockets of really young people who resist outside opinions in their echo chambers and literally shake when they just talk about trump, you can imagine how that's going to fester and compound into a huge mess
Reminds me of the tail end of that Mark Twain quote.
-those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Nazi Republicans get out of town or else
In their own minds, they've positioned themselves as the heroes fighting evil. They've put themselves in a space where they can do anything against the republicans, because they're the bad guys, so how could it be wrong to act violently against evil?
There's no excuse for this kind of behavior. No matter how right you think you are. Innocent people are getting hurt because of morons who take politics too personally.
The term for that is false flag. You are insinuating that this was done with the intention to incite violence between Americans rather than "fuck the GOP".
That is conspiracy tier
To play Devil's Advocate there are examples of agent provocateurs in the past, but that was mainly to instigate violence in crowds so police could swoop in and arrest people. I doubt its any weird thing like that or false flags in this case, there's definitely left wing people radical enough to fire bomb government buildings.
*cleese*
pretty much exactly that, yeah. Yet to see anyone say it better than Twain though
Funny that they're calling the Republicans "Nazis" while actually using Nazi tactics.
Violence is not the way to go.

It is a process known as psychological projection. They are what they claim they are against.
My Trump campaign contact said that everyone is fine. I'm guessing the office was empty for Sunday, so that's some good news at least.
Glad to hear that everyone is ok. I hope they find the people responsible and throw the book at them.
ok who let yawmwen out of his cage?
Keeping a knife on me from now on
Unless you know how to actually use it, you're just potentially going to hurt yourself - or worse, give your attacker another weapon to use against you.
Trump's response

More people should be enraged at this. Completely immature and lacks sensitivity for an unfortunate event that calls for an investigation before blaming our political opponents directly.

What he said is no different then what both sides have been doing for decades. Both sides have been riling the fear of each others for a long time. He just doing same thing, just ratcheting it up past 11.

No, not really. Several 30+ year olds have told me that this is the most fucked up shit-flinging election they've ever seen.

Such is why you must remember that behind all the concepts, terms, and factions, lay humans. Humans who, at the end of the day, wish to be have some sense of wellness and content. Disagree and dislike individuals and their views, but don't dehumanize them in the fear of the great "Other". Dehumanizing people and volatility can lead to events such as the terrorism in the article.

What they did was the same, just more tame is what I am saying.

Exactly.

if you're trying to explain it, alright whatever
if you're trying to justify it, "they've been doing it for ages" doesn't change how bad it is
More people should be enraged at this. Completely immature and lacks sensitivity for an unfortunate event that calls for an investigation before blaming our political opponents directly.
He should wait until the investigation is done before blaming people, but the intentions are pretty clear:
Spread fear among the GOP/Trump voters
Frame the GOP's opposition (most obvious guess is Democrats)
Most people are having issues with the word "animals" but I think that's justified given the nature of the crime.
if you're trying to explain it, alright whatever

Not justifying it. I am saying this is the end result of both sides doing this except in a tamer style.
Using a fear of the other party results in this crap.

The distrust is still apparent in the audience.
The office has been re-opened, because democrats created a gofundme for funding for the rebuild effort.

Good on them.
Most of the crazy radicals for each side aren't officially affiliated with the party or campaign. The parties/campaigns understand the severity of political violence/terrorism for our system of government and want minimal affiliation with it.
[sp]Trump might be an exception idk, guess we will find out on election day[/sp]
