I doubt any western nation would waste its resource with something as petty as a ddos unless they're trying to send a message or something.
I agree with you, but from Snowden leaked, we did bug a bunch of places and did hack into Iran's nuclear facilities.
is iran in china now or something
Why would they not? It's pretty obvious now that the US does a lot of things that are not in the public interest.

You know, those massive fucking facilities that the NSA has could easily bring down entire domains. I mean, I'm more than positive that the NSA has more facilities than one would fathom. Or, at least more than they'd ever let the public think. And, ontop of that, I think it's really funny that the NSA can do pretty much whatever they want, yet, the US/UN said that any "cyber-crime" is grounds for war. Does anybody else think that something major might come out of this, if it continues? What if it was directly another country that attacked them, do you think they will retaliate?
Why would they waste their computer capacity bringing down every single .cn website temporarily, which'd achieve nothing, when they could use that capacity to continue spying on people? It's a waste of time and money. [editline]27th August 2013[/editline] The virus attack on Iranian nuclear facilities makes way more sense because it's vastly more important target in terms of US interests than the Chinese version of Twitter.

Probably some chinese hacker with a botnet. They'd have plenty of reason to dislike their own country.
