Red Foreman would never do this. He hates his son already.
Chances are the man also raped/necrophilia wiggled his son. The father has every right to kill this man.
I miss the Wild West, no pussyfooting around.
No, but I'm sure he'd enjoy it very much.
Killing someone won't resurrect his son, why bother?
Castration via chainsaw.
In Australia, if he got out he'd have as bad of a time outside as in prison. Seriously, people who know Aus will understand, the massive amount of Lads (basically our equivalent of Chavs) who would be sickened by this dude is unimaginable, he wouldn't last a week.

If you ever get something horrible done to your kids (assuming you'll have any of course), you'll understand.
While it's not morally justifiable, I can understand why he'd do it, and would probably do the same if I were in the same situation.
"Murderers deserve to die that's why I murdered one"
That's terrible, faulty and ignorant logic.
Good, I'm glad.
A smart man with any intention to actually go through with his plans wouldn't publicly announce them.
This though.
It'd numb him for a while, since he would've stooped as low as the murderer by doing so.
I HATE it when people say this shit. He mutilated his 5 year old son. Revenge does NOT make you stoop to their level or make you as bad as them.
"Murderers deserve to die that's why I murdered one"
Dress it up how you like, he killed a 5 year old boy. If you kill him there'll be one less fucked up psyco in the world. "oh no but you'll be replacing the murderer by becoming one yourself" is a load of bullshit too.
Killing in revenge and slaughtering an innocent 5 year old boy are very different things.
Victims (and their families) should never be responsible for the punishment of the criminal.
If someone kills someone you love or family, close friend.
Then you can kill the murderer. Don't listen to the laws that you cannot harm anyone that murdered someone.
The government usually takes the murderers in jail and learn them to become assassins.
How civilized.
this is the murderer
How civilized.
how about i kill your child/mother/brother/sister/relative
and eat them, would you HONESTLY want me to be alive?
Thing is, would killing his son's murderer really take away the pain?
No, his kid is still dead, but at least it's fair in his mind.
If you accidentally kill someone defending yourself there should be no/minimal punishment for that.
If you murder someone, you should be given life in prison.
If you murder and eat a 5 year old, then hide the evidence for 7 years, you're seriously fucked up and probably should be executed immediately.

Even the God encourages vengeance
After all, revenge is sweet! But yeah whatever.
What about some man-to-man aggressions, otherwise normally rational and appropriate people, but when irritated or betrayed by someone in particular, he kills the man out of an act of impulse.
Lifetime imprisonment would be a little cruel punishment in that murder case. It's all about the person and the murder degree.
If you murder and eat a 5 year old, then hide the evidence for 7 years, you're seriously fucked up and probably should be executed immediately.
Now this on the other hand I can totally agree. A zero tolerance for the most inhumane individuals.
Truth be told, if this guy indeed was a canabalistic child murderer, he should have been killed anyway, why keep these animals alive? why?
A smart man with any intention to actually go through with his plans wouldn't publicly announce them.
Well, perhaps he's more emotionally driven by these events than he is cold and calculating. I think you would be too, under the circumstances.
Truth be told, if this guy indeed was a canabalistic child murderer, he should have been killed anyway, why keep these animals alive? why?
Cause "Life is sacred".
Bullshit argument, but still, it's their argument.
Truth be told, if this guy indeed was a canabalistic child murderer, he should have been killed anyway, why keep these animals alive? why?
so they can murder again
"I do intend to kill this man" is pretty clear

"Murderers deserve to die that's why I murdered one"
When you have a son (if you do that is), someone might come along, grab him, stab him, break his bones, kill him, possibly eat his flesh, dispose of the body.
You live for seven years hoping you'll find him, you then find news of his corpse, the man is sentenced to 40 years in prison, something that isn't even close to enough for murder, then he's released 15 years early.
We'll see how calm you are.
A smart man with any intention to actually go through with his plans wouldn't publicly announce them.
It depends. Maybe you want this man to feel scared for the rest of his short life out of jail, making him feel as miserable as physically and mentally as possible.
I would do what this man did, but not about as he's ready to be released. More like before it goes to court.(and by that I mean, make the threats)
There's no evidence there was any cannibalism, the father could be exaggerating. Emotions will do that.
besides like
you know
the forensics from his bones, the father was totally just making it up
It says the killer was a neighbor. Hopefully the dad was never invited over for bbq cause that would feel awkward now.
However, the dad has no one to blame for the quick release but himself. He agreed to the plea bargain!
Finally, people who talk the most shit never do anything. "I'm going to kill him." yeah yeah whatever. Dude's been locked in one place for 40 years, why haven't you had him killed before now? There are guys in prison who'd kill him for a carton of cigarettes.
The dad is just pissed at himself because 40 years went by a hell of a lot faster than he thought it would AND the killer is still alive AND the killer will be getting out AND the dad knows he ain't got the balls to do anything about it, so the dad is venting his frustrations on talk radio.
Can't say I don't support him.
Another day, another group of FP teenagers willing to commit murder.
stay classy folks.

well first i'd be luck "fuck i want to kill guy"
then after my emotions calmed down i would realize i'm not a person who's capable of murder unlike yourself.
Law Abiding Citizen anyone?
