Its a big-ass tree.
Russians.
So when they gonna raise it? Let's get it up into the air and have a peek. Just because it's on the bottom of the ocean doesn't mean it's not a flying object. An airplane doesn't become a shipwreck when it goes down to Davy Jones', so why would this be any different?
The term flying generally implies that something is flying.
The moment she reporter said it had a 400 meter long tail it confirmed my suspicion that its probably meteor impact.
I remember hearing about this a long time ago; OP is late. But what if it's the remains of a pillar for an undersea city?
Guys calm down its a weather balloon.
The moment she reporter said it had a 400 meter long tail it confirmed my suspicion that its probably meteor impact.
A meteor would probably explode on contact with the ocean and never make it to the floor.
The proper term is USO- unidentified submerged object, or unidentified submersible object.
ebon hawk.
HK is down there...Waiting Meatbags
A meteor would probably explode on contact with the ocean and never make it to the floor.
Is it possible it could have impacted when that region was above water at some point in history?
Unidentified sunken object.
Not far off, its actually shortened "USO (Unidentified Submerged Object)". Stuff like that was known back in WW2 when American soldiers reported seeing saucers-like things under water, and some reports even say that they've seen UFO's fly out of the water, kinda cool actually.
I watched the video in the source and it seem's the exploration team is sending down a submersible sometime in may when the water is calmer. More info to come then I presume.
Swamp gas.
ebon hawk.
We've been over this already, don't ever let me drive. I'm old and senile!
;34453019']The proper term is USO- unidentified submerged object, or unidentified submersible object.
XCOM terror from the deep! :D
I swear I've heard about this numerous times years ago.
Are they going to go with a sub or something and go look at it?
The lack of Giorgio Tsoukalos pictures in this topic is disturbing but atleast this is an interesting find.
Yeah let's speculate instead of actually going down to find out what it is. What the fuck are they thinking?
Yeah let's speculate instead of actually going down to find out what it is. What the fuck are they thinking?
They're going back in the spring, since the Baltic is a bit cold and stormy this time of year.

It aliens. Trust me, I know about unidentified things.
But I want to know what it is noooowuh!
It's a cache of blueprints to build stuff like Mass Relays. The Protheans are just showing us some love.
It's not really an Unidentified Flying Object if it's in the bottom of an ocean.
Baltic Sea is not an ocean.
