Well if I had broadband in my area I wouldn't have to abuse workarounds.
ATT U-Verse (1 MBit down on a good day) vs T-Mobile 4G LTE (20 Mbits down)
I'd rather risk getting caught abusing my cell plan than suffer on U-Verse.
I can either use my unlimited 150mbit 4G that's 20€/mo
ooor get 24mbit ADSL that costs 50€/mo
Not exactly a hard choice

I've always failed to see how this is legally unlimited when a change in speed's clearly a limitation.
