Arizona should sue mexico for allowing their people to hop the border.
If mexico wins, they should have to lessen their law. After all, if they can argue that their Citizens 'Rights Are At Stake' because of it, we shoould be able to claim the same thing with theirs.

Well I think it would be really aggravating if I was a Latino in Arizona and I had to tote around my passport and be constantly asked If I was in the country legally. It isn't like you can just tell who an illegal immigrant is by looking at them, so you would probably see a lot of random questioning if you fit the description.

Due process of law =/= every other right. It is correct that we may not convict illegal immigrants without a trial. It is not correct to say that they get all other rights given to American citizens. With the obvious exception of basic human rights.
And ILLEGAL immigrants aren't naturalized in the United States, so they aren't legally citizens of the states they reside in.

I know illegal immigrants aren't citizens. I'm pointing out to the guy I quoted that he took the phrase that he bolded out of context. It simply states what constitutes a citizen, while he took it to mean something else.
Look up SCOTUS cases pertaining aliens and rights.
