If "tweet" was added to the Oxford dictionary in as a verb the past (which I assume it was), wouldn't that, by definition, add "retweet" as well?
who cares words are added everyday
I thought "woot" was added ages ago.
I seem to remember a thread about it.
it was probably added to a different english dictionary
like merriam-webster
people who use any type of internet slang in real life are retarded.
Haha who the fuck rated winner
"cyberbullying" see also: "social darwinism"
Fuck you world, you're an idiot.
"nobody" uses woot in the same sense that "nobody" thinks lulz cats are funny
Woot!

not really
retweet is when you tweet someone else's tweet. simply adding the prefix "re-" to the definition of tweet doesn't give it that meaning
i mean i guess technically it would work, but it would just imply you're tweeting the same thing twice

also i'm proud of you facepunch, you've grown up from making 1984 references when internet words are added to the dictionary.
When are they adding herp and derp to the dictionary?
Wow they put woot in the dictionary? Major fuckup if you ask me, could've done it a bit differently.
Didn't they also put "Lol" and something else not too long ago

When they come into more common usage.
Woot.
