Honestly, she looks pretty out-of-proportion. Like her head and breasts are too big for her body.
Who cares how she looks, this is about her actions, not her magazine shoots
The invasion of privacy is what bothers me. Fucking taking pictures of people in the shower and sending it to everyone. What an asshole.
and that is what they're being charged on
the title of this thread is completely false and I'm glad it is. body shaming is a scumbag thing to do but shouldn't be illegal. taking pictures of nude people without their knowledge in a private place should be though.
Not to mention she really is nothing special when the make up is removed and photoshopped isn't being used, just some blonde with fake tits.

Oh god her lips. It looks like shes having an allergic reaction. Why the fuck do people want horrifying lips like that?
Who cares how she looks, this is about her actions, not her magazine shoots
I think part of the reaction is that she's a relatively attractive woman making fun of a relatively unattractive woman, and that makes it worse
In the shower? Fuck yes. On the street? No.
Even on the street you really shouldn't just deliberately shoot photos of people without asking.
its still inappropriate and creepy.
If judging the appearance of others is creepy, then 100% of humans are creepy. (Except for blind people.)
nice bod
shit person
i swear this has happened already like a few months ago
i swear this has happened already like a few months ago
It happened a few months ago, she is only getting charged now.
If judging the appearance of others is creepy, then 100% of humans are creepy (Except for blind people).
So, not 100% :v:
I used to get picked on pretty bad because of my skin; I've got loads of scars on my legs and arms and people at school were pretty merciless about it. I've always been terrified of going to gyms or swimming pools because I'm scared people will stare at me. I can't sympathise with this woman, this was heartless bullying and she should be ashamed
The actress and the posts in this thread are both very terrible.
if the victim was younger and sexy i guess that'd be fine too right?
If that was the case she wouldn't be mocking her. But if that happened, we would still insult the bitch for invading the privacy of somebody without her consent. Then we would look for the uncensored picture :D
The discussion about how she looks is fairly irrelevant in the face of the fact she did something unfathomably retarded and deserving of her being called a right proper cunt.
The discussion about people mentioning her looks is also irrelevant and is only serving to derail the thread
This isn't the first time where users completely derail the thread based on the looks of a person.
Mathers said in July that she accidentally posted the photo publicly.
“That was absolutely wrong and not what I meant to do,” she said in an online video. “I know that body-shaming is wrong. That is not the type of person I am.”
At least she apologized.
At least she apologized.
"I didn't mean to post it publicly"
"I know it's wrong (but I did it anyway)"
That isn't an apology. She didn't say sorry, she just excused herself. Why the fuck is it so hard to apologise for things without trying to make yourself look like a martyr? Just say "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done it, I won't do it again". Don't blow smoke up everyone's asses and try to say "oh no it wasn't my intention, that's not the sort of person I am, I'm not a bad person, please don't be mad at me". Own up to your mistakes like a fucking decent human being
Isn't it super illegal to have a camera turned on inside a locker room or shower?
The funniest thing about this is all these news websites reposting the original image only barely censored while condemning the playboy model's actions
I'd be more annoyed if some photo of me in the locker room started circulating in the news than if it was posted on some random person's snapchat
