Exactly they cooperate that's the way the world currently is. I'm not trying to justify actions I'm only trying to explain them.
so you're saying places can be wicked as long as they play nice with america
This is interesting seeing as my Unit's scheduled to deploy to Iraq around August next year. So either this isn't really going to happen or I'm gonna be sent to Afghanistan instead.
No other country is doing anything about it. [editline]12:25AM[/editline]
so you're saying places can be wicked as long as they play nice with america

a fine example of a cunt
Another fine example of immaturity. Man oh man, this is good.
so you're saying places can be wicked as long as they play nice with america
We can't play white knight with everyone. The hope is that with our cooperation and friendship we can persuade them into democracy.
A fine example of immaturity, stupidity, and blindness to world events.
none were found
probably depends on your MOS bro
11B, it'd be kind of boring without a combat mission.
probably depends on your MOS bro [editline]12:26AM[/editline] a fine example of the outcome of two siblings fucking
I think you should stop.
I think you should stop.
Good avatar, good post.
a fine example of the outcome of two siblings fucking
Please, go back to the cave you came from. You're not welcome here.
none were found
Chemical weapons were found. You're as bad as him.
We can't play white knight with everyone. The hope is that with our cooperation and friendship we can persuade them into democracy.
that's exactly the point you imbecile what makes iraq more of a valid place for invasion than anywhere else oh that's right: FAULTY INTELLIGENCE using FAULTY interrogation methods conservatives are fucking retarded; they play the "support our troops" card, but send off minorities and poor kids to die for no reason
I just hope America doesn't have to go back there because the Iraqi government collapses under a surge of violence when America leaves.
Surely they would just leave it for 10 years or so then invade again to finish what they started (I know that isn't quite what happened)?
Like invading it in the first place? Not one WMD found at all. At least Saddam got out of power, if that amounts to anything.
Its both good and bad to be honest, he might have been an evil dictator who didn't care about peoples human rights but he did keep the country from being like it is now. I guess the fear he caused stopped any sort of violent uprising.
no they weren't you cunt

The 500 munitions discovered throughout Iraq since 2003 and discussed in a National Ground Intelligence Center report meet the criteria of weapons of mass destruction, the center's commander said here today.
http://www.defense.gov/news/newsarticle.aspx?id=15918 Try again.
none were found

no they weren't you cunt (User was banned for this post ("Flaming" - Hexxeh))
Typical FacePuncher talking about what he doesn't know.
Typical FacePuncher talking about what he doesn't know.
I mean I like debating but I do not like when people throw in insults in absence of a clear argument which seems to happen on Facepunch often.
Like invading it in the first place? Not one WMD found at all. At least Saddam got out of power, if that amounts to anything.
Saddam said he had WMD's So Bush pretty much raped his ass.
It will be so weird not being at war with anyone... of course the UK is still in Afghanistan still 2014 but yeah. I can't quite imagine what life will be like without the War in Afghanistan, it's been so long and I was 6 when it started.
So you're what, 13 now?
Saddam said he had WMD's So Bush pretty much raped his ass.
So does North Korea. Why aren't we "raping their asses" right now?
On 14 December Saddam Hussein was captured by U.S. forces. Time Online Edition reports that in his first interrogation he was asked whether Iraq had any WMD. According to an official, his reply was: "No, of course not, the U.S. dreamed them up itself to have a reason to go to war with us." The interrogator continued along this line, said the official, asking: "if you had no weapons of mass destruction then why not let the U.N. inspectors into your facilities?" Saddam’s reply: "We didn’t want them to go into the presidential areas and intrude on our privacy." Later, through interrogations in US custody, Saddam revealed that, immediately prior to the start of the 2003 US invasion, he had announced to his generals that there were no WMD. One theory given currency by Charles Duelfer is that Saddam sent out different signals to different people in order to keep them confused and help stay in power.
So you're what, 13 now?
It seems you are not very good at maths. Only a few years off mind you. (I assume he meant from the start of the invasion of Afghanistan not the invasion of Iraq, if he meant Iraq you would be right)
So does North Korea. Why aren't we "raping their asses" right now?
North Korea is crazy enough to use it. Saddam had a brain and realized if he ever actually used one, it would be over for him. We still had to eliminate the threat tho for the neighboring regions and us.
North Korea is crazy enough to use it. Saddam had a brain and realized if he ever actually used one, it would be over for him.
That is illogical. He was going to be removed from power anyways, what could hurt him then?
That is illogical. He was going to be removed from power anyways, what could hurt him then?
Who Saddam? If he was removed from power, those WMDs wouldn't magically disappear. Having those WMDs fall into worse groups is well, much worse.
they didn't have any WMDs According to The Guardian in late 2003, British officials in Whitehall began circulating a theory that Saddam Hussein and his senior advisers "may have been hoodwinked" by lower-ranking officers "into believing that Iraq really did possess weapons of mass destruction." And as most of the informers for British intelligence were the same high-level advisers close to Saddam, the British were also fooled. The paper adds that this hypothesis "is open to the interpretation that the government is searching for an excuse, however implausible, for failure to discover any WMD in Iraq. "Commenting on the findings of the Butler intelligence review six months later, USA Today reported that Britain's Secret Intelligence Service had "shockingly few reliable human sources inside Saddam's regime." Documents since captured inside Iraq by coalition forces are reported to reveal Saddam's frustration with weapon inspections. Meeting transcripts record him saying to senior aides: "We don't have anything hidden!" In another, he remarks: "When is this going to end?" And another: "Don't think for a minute that we still have WMD. We have nothing." Saddam wouldn't comply with us, so we went in. automerge broke.
So does North Korea. Why aren't we "raping their asses" right now?
They will be dealt with by some force American or not in the near future. They believe it or not have one of the biggest military in the world it would be a very bloody war.
Who Saddam? If he was removed from power, those WMDs wouldn't magically disappear. And even then, why would he care if they got into the hands of "worse groups"?
