He was harsh enough to get his point across. People always say "too soon". It has to be said at some point and I respect the man for it.
Eh, he didn't have to say jackasses.

It was pretty much his job title, so Ebert wasn't doing anything wrong.

Yeah I know what he meant, but it was too soon.
Yes, yes it is.
It really depends on the person.
I can handle a lot of alcohol and usually take around 7 or 8 beers before getting tipsy.
After 3 or 4 beers I can hardly stand up anymore. I can't even imagine 11.
'drinks' are most likely whiskey shots, not beers.

Harden the fuck up, 11 drinks is nothing. Fucking people and not being able to drink at all.
lol thats just it? .196? Thats pathetic.
One of my acquaintances acquired a .359; didn't even crash either. Sounds like Ryan Dunn didn't know how to drive a car.
I know he is banned but, that's something you SHOULDN'T do. Especially if you had too much to drink that night. Ryan Dunn was awesome, but he really should have just took a cab home. Drunk Driving is a horrible way to go. Especially if you're famous.

Yeah, not like he couldn't have gotten a ride back and gotten his car, and if it was impounded, who cares.
Still, it was hitting him as he was driving...that was the issue.

If he was drinking alot that night.... Then he should have KNOWN that he was gonna crash.
why is everyone so broken up about this guy
didn't even know who he was before all this shit about his death but if you're going ~130 mph while drunk you deserve what happens to you
If he was drinking alot that night.... Then he should have KNOWN that he was gonna crash.
well if you are really drunk, you don't care.. and think you are invincible

If you're hammered, you don't know. Ever drink and drive? Didn't think so. The next day, it's scary as fuck.
"11 Drinks.. that's nothing" Drink half bottle of 40% vodka and say you can drive.
Normal drinks usually have more than 4cl of strong liquor.
Oh and after 2 beers average male should wait like 2-3 hours before he 'can' drive again. Depends on person and more you drink the longer the time gets until your body has burned all the alcohol..

Apparently it's okay to be an inconsiderate piece of filth as long as the person you're shitting on is famous. I learn something new every day.

do you feel bad when people play russian roulette and (shocker!) die?
I feel bad for any person who dies. You see, most people who have gone through puberty tend to have developed compassionate and empathetic feelings.
I'm sick of people who think that it's okay to insult a person just because they are famous.
I don't feel bad for people that die because of incredibly stupid actions, and I especially don't feel bad for people that could take innocents with them, like, I don't know, drunk drivers
it sucks that the passenger died, that could've easily been avoided and he did nothing to deserve it (besides letting someone that just knocked down 11 beers drive him, but he might've been drunk too), but I'm glad that ryan dunn ended up in a ditch instead of slammed into the car of someone else that was unfortunate enough to be driving around that night

Feel bad for his friends.. his family. these actions destroy people mentally.
As we previously reported, Dunn had a blood alcohol level of .196 at the time of the crash[\QUOTE]
Lol here you can have a BAC of 0.5 and still drive.

11 beers/shots, mostly shots. It's worse. But yes, he was stupid. Everyone has their own stupid flaws that make them dumb fucking retards. It's all about self control.

I didn't know who Ryan Dunn was before this incident happened, but he got boozed up and killed himself and a passenger. Death is a serious thing, but I don't care if he was famous for whatever reason, he still had too many drinks and drove as a known bad driver and killed himself plus another person while potentially hurting other people if they just so happened to be caught in the accident.
Feel bad for his friends.. his family. these actions destroy people mentally.
Absolutely, it's always awful to lose a loved one no matter how they went out, I have sympathy for the people that depended on him and the people whose lives he played a major role in, but I have no sympathy for him. He died in an accident that could have been 100% avoided in the first place at several different times, and he was risking other people's lives with his actions. Fuck him.

Ordering a drink doesn't mean he drank them. Might have been buying rounds.

Hell. I struggle to walk without walking into things after 4 or 5.

Pints, not shots.
