"People that elect corrupt politicians, imposters, thieves and traitors are not victims-- they're accomplices."
Feels like a slippery slope towards removing democracy.
Forget the usual Trump supporters, I'd like to see anyone defend this.
I'm sure my ex-boss would be thrilled. He seriously thought the EPA was just a strong-arm to muscle him out of his money. "Dang'd ol' gub'ment ain't gonna tell me how to handle refrigerants!" he would no doubt mumble through his cigar as he cracked open "mostly empty" R-22 canisters and threw them into our scrapyard. (this is the same guy who, along with his wife, adopted kids from Russia, presumably purely for the tax breaks, ran a day-care that was ordered closed because it was a shit-hole, and was charged with 9 or so counts of child abuse involving their adopted children)
My friend is defending this saying they were clouded with beuracracy and run by the globalist elite, my blood is fucking boiling right now Im so mad at him. He also wants to leave the un, and hes only 16....
Your friends appears to be suffering from the typical affliction of being both young and stupid. Hopefully, both will change for the better in time.
Feels like a slippery slope towards removing democracy.
I don't know, when there are people that clearly don't give a damn about this planets future and are willingly allowing it to be destroyed because they could give less of a shit or they are being paid copious amounts of money to ignore the truth, I feel like I could give less of a shit, a lot of people might die in the future because of these assholes decisions now, but they don't care because they know they'll be safe in all sorts of high tech bunkers that they built with there unlimited amount of money and all that fucking shit. These people aren't for the people, they are for themselves, I'd say that's going against the democratic process in and of itself already.

My politics are pretty different in a lot of areas at 19 than they were when I was 16. Then again I have always tried to base my beliefs and supports on facts and history and never on loyalty. EDIT: rather than censoring people for not believing in climate change, we should: a) make it socially unacceptable b) educate people who want to learn.
I wonder how long until the FDA is removed I seriously don't want to see the EPA go [editline]2nd February 2017[/editline]
He claimed the “American people are drowning in rules and regulations” imposed by “unelected bureaucrats”.
it's sad but people don't actually realize that its not THEM that have to deal with regulations. It's big business. Regulations that can protect said people, from said business's.

Each and every person is immensely complicated and this is a huge group of people we are talking about who voted for a leader who they thought would bring change. Even if that leader turns out to be garbage, the people should still get the opportunity to choose. That is literally what democracy is all about, even if it means we all vote for our doom.

Even so I don't think a significant portion of people who voted against Donald Trump deserve to have "Doom" wrought upon them.
Good, the EPA was always a bloated agency.
what about all of the environmental work it does
what about all of the environmental work it does
Underfunded, undervalued, understaffed, under attack from Republicans before this election. Clearly the only option is to remove it! I'm sure, as everything else Trump has set into motion, he has the people's best interests at heart and not his business friends.
Trump always has the best interests of the american people in his heart, he's smart.
how does ending EPA accomplish this
Trump always has the best interests of the american people in his heart, he's smart.
Explain how? His utter disregard for the dangers of climate change alone is enough to make me believe he really doesn't care for anything other than his own self-interest.
Trump always has the best interests of the american people in his heart, he's smart.
idk I think it's in the best interests of the american people to not lose their cities and agriculture to climate change but maybe I'm just not as smart as Trump.
We should just put all of the GOP on a huge submarine and sink them to the bottom of the ocean, maybe they'll shut off their air and water purifiers to save themselves some power while leaving their torpedoes and defense systems active.
Trump always has the best interests of the american people in his heart, he's smart.
Interestingly, this is actually WORSE for the american people, and even for big business. Eliminating the EPA isnt going to make the regulations go aways, it's going to delegate the duty of environmental management to the states, which creates absolute clusterfuck for businesses that operate in multiple jurisdictions.
You know, in a few years time, at least clean water will be a currecny now. Leave it to the idiots to not completely understand what the EPA is meant for. But that requires critical thinking, which the usual FP suspects aren't here for.
Trump always has the best interests of the american people in his heart, he's smart.
Is this a joke? I legit can't tell anymore.
Is this a joke? I legit can't tell anymore.
Trump has proven himself time and time again to be the man who can make america great again. If he wasn't then why is he so rich? You gotta trust someone who's THAT rich with handling the economy, it just makes sense.

Fuck.
