But its so next gen, its so high res. Look at the high res file sizes! there 5x more gigabytes than last gens games. Getting them at ONLY double the price is a steal!
Look at the high resness of everything. Next gen shaders. Look at those 1024x1024 textures WITH normal maps! It takes more man power to make a game as high res and next gen as this. So many polygons in each scene with special next gen shaders making it high res and next generation. Definately worth the price.
In this particular case, Sony owns the PN store which gives them a lot of freedom with the pricing policy.
bring out the modchips
Games have a glass ceiling when it comes to price.
This not only hits it, it shatters it. No one's going to pay the equivalent of $102 for a yearly sports game release except idiot parents just to shut their whiney brats up near christmas, and that's not enough for EA's already too greedy pockets
its always been extortionate on playstation store its my mates only option as his ps3 drive broke
Wow, fuck Next Gen.
No, fuck the people who make these stupid policies, not the people that work hard to give you your HD super duper game.
There's nothing wrong with pushing the boundaries of gaming to the next level, but there's everything wrong with people that try to milk it for all its worth and see very little of it actually going to the people that make those games.

Australian prices.
I would like to hear the reasoning behind it being higher in pounds on ps4 than its xbox one equivalent.
i should be proud staying in the 6th gen
lets just all agree not to buy them
can we all agree on that please

For cheaper you get it on disc so you can always play it and it comes with a nice box.
Till console games are getting cheaper (digital) i will just stick to physical games.
I generally won't buy games until they cost <£25. £62 is beyond ridiculous.
breaking out our sega genesis at home
