Six pages of this shit what the hell, she has a sexual preference big deal, doesn't change the fact that she fits pretty much only one type of character and is probably gonna be forgotten as soon as she gets too old for it.
That and she's a right cunt to be frank.

I remember she did something in a magazine one time with another female actress and they did a really homoerotic photoshoot and they talked about how much they platonically loved each other in the interview and it was confusing
have you seen her twitter, there's times where she goes fucking ballistic on it
I just checked on her twitter and I didn't see anything especially harsh or rude. I mean there were some shots fired here and there but everyone does that and it's fairly normal if anything.

Don't judge celebrities by their online presence.
[sp] Ellie one of the main characters in the game (voiced by Ellen Page) comes out as gay in the DLC. [/sp]
No... Ellen Page does not voice her.
Also, the way you worded that makes it very clear what that spoiler is without needing to untag it... So thanks for spoiling that for me.
Has anyone played The Last of Us DLC yet? If you haven't it was released the same day as this speech given by Ellen Page. ellie isn't played by ellen page, they even changed the character design to make her look LESS like ellen page
[editline]16th February 2014[/editline]
also, it's lame that you can see spoilers when you quote them lol
she's always creeped me out slightly, no idea why
she looks like a childwoman
Well she's almost 26 and she doesn't seem to have aged at all for a while now.
It's like Keanu Reeves all over again.
There are more than two genders, you insensitive clod. I'm cis-2-chlorosexual.
Can you explain what that even means?

He's from New Zealand guys it wasn't a mistake it was a really dumb joke
Move over lads, this is my time to shine
she might be too tall for you tania
No. Homo in this sense means same. What do you think the alternative is? Femsexual?
The two main directions are Hetero (as in different) sexual and homo (as in same) sexual
And that's why it's rare for populations to exceed a certain percentage of people who are not heterosexual. Obviously it's skewed in some cultures like ancient Greece or Japan, which had quite a lot of sexual relations in a teacher pupil dynamic, but other than that.
The amount is generally similar across populations. Just sometimes repressed in some cultures.
It's possible tough, for it to be more common amongst certain professions.
IIRC, pederasty was common in many cultures in the past. But it was taboo when it was between males that could grow beards.

I completely forget what magazine this was for or who the other actress is and it's a little hard to find out right now.
I'm probably like 2 pages late though

Move over lads, this is my time to shine
Nah she'd be far too loyal for you.
There was time when I was really young that I would think "GOD DAMN IT," but now whenever I hear this kind of news, I just end up finding myself getting giddy and yearning for details.
I think I've turned into a middle-aged housewife.
-snip, wrong Ellen-

twitter doesn't reflect how someone is in reality
Nice for her
Is it just me who thinks this or is making big news about someone's sexuality just a bit tabloid-y?
I can understand if it's someone from, for example, some kind of sports background coming out where being gay is not very accepted, that way it's sort of more 'groundbreaking' and notable

I half agree, but I do think it's good when celebrities admit that they're gay. For better or worse, they can do a lot more to influence the public opinion than the average person can, and celebrities speaking positively about social issues tends to make for good role models.
