i heard a rumor that when you are elected into something like congress, you are forced to vote with the majority of your party, or everything you bring up will be shot down instantaneously
I think this is true of both parties.
BRB going to america to rape everyone.
Everyone here should sent an email or mail or anything to them and show them that this is not right. Everyone pitch in! This will be fun. I read some of the comments on the bill on the website and holy shit is there alot of stupid people. I raged seriously hard.
Wow... American politics are absolutely fucked. I mean Australian politics are pretty bad in itself but this is ridiculous. I feel sorry for those who have to live under the American system.
Agreed, it's fucking ludicrous, seriously how the fuck can there be enough people voting for these fucking drooling retards for them to have the ability to even try and pass laws. [editline]31st January 2011[/editline]
people in america value their little insignificant lives far too much to risk them in any way, and anyone who does gets brushed aside in one way or another, be it slander and false accusations, convenient scapegoats, or mysterious deaths. Hey guys, this actually happened. Seriously.
COINTELPRO tactics included discrediting targets through psychological warfare, planting false reports in the media, smearing through forged letters, harassment, wrongful imprisonment, extralegal violence and assassination. Covert operations under COINTELPRO took place between 1956 and 1971, however the FBI has used covert operations against domestic political groups since its inception.[2] The FBI's stated motivation at the time was "protecting national security, preventing violence, and maintaining the existing social and political order." Kick ass I wonder if they even have Gestapo uniforms for special occasions.
just charge everyone with rape
just charge everyone with rape
but then they can get abortions.....
but then they can get abortions.....
And we all know that AMERICA stands for liberty and freedom and no taxes cuz thats socialism and it sucks and capitalism is GRAET
And we all know that AMERICA stands for liberty and freedom and no taxes cuz thats socialism and it sucks and capitalism is GRAET
dont forget no abortions that is what america was founded on
Rape is going to increase a lot, and most of the people who do it can't be charged with shit unless it was forced. And that's pretty sad :/ I really hope this plan doesn't go through, otherwise I won't want to live on this planet any more.

This about rape exemption in abortions, where you can get Medicaid to pay for it if you were raped. If what the GOP is purposing goes through, only "forcible" rape will count in rape exemption. Read the article.
Doing it to make abortions harder to get is bullshit. I do however hope that there is some solid definition of rape. I'm tired of women that sleep with guys at parties and then go tell their boyfriends that they got raped. You obviously didn't, you wanted to do it, had a lapse of judgement, and now you're too much of a bitch to face your mistakes so you go blame it on someone else. And then that 'someone else' gets several years of jail time and a sex offender record.
This doesn't happen. Rape trials need evidence & corroboration, you can't just have consensual sex with someone and then later turn around and claim it was rape. This fact is a large part of the reason why it's almost impossible to prosecute spousal rape, etc. There's a line to be reached between wanting the system to be accessible to victims of rape and sexual assault, and allowing the system to be abused by people with false stories. Also, just fyi guys, while this bill is a horrendous thing, clearly. It does does not actually change the criminal definitions of rape on either a federal or state level. What it does is change the definition of rape that can be used to have taxpayer funded/tax exempted abortions. The new standards are still an outrage and extremely misogynistic.
It's like Texas and the Republican party get together and plan to act like idiots on same days (referring to the ticketing of kids)
-snip, bad reading-
