Pakistan depends heavily on U.S. foreign aid. If American troops are killed because of a shortage of supplies resulting from this, the American public will explode. With the growing protests in Pakistani cities, I'm beginning to think there is no way that this can end well.
Hint: They'll stop shooting our soldiers when we decide to stop playing God in the middle east with people who don't want us there. I fail to see how we didn't do this on purpose. You don't just attack random bases and go "oops, sorry, we thought you were Al Qaeda lol." They're looking for an excuse to get rid of another inconvenient country, as usual.
If they were really that mad they should stop taking NATO money.
Pretty sure we cut their funding by quite a bit after the raid in may.
Sad. Their are mistakes made from both sides. I hope we can ammend the differences peacefully.

I saw another report somewhere where the US claimed they thought the targets were Al-Qaeda. No excuse for confusing cavemen terrorists with sophisticated military installations.

Technology wise, they're practically on par with the Taliban. Both sides use a lot of Cold War era Soviet military equipment because it's basic, common and inexpensive to make.
